My visit to city centre dentistry was a pleasant one. It was my first time and the front desk staff were attentive. I also enjoyed the background music while waiting to be called in for my session.
First I had the oral examination and Dr Patel explained everything in details to me, letting me know what was a concern and what wasn't.
In my next visit, I had the deep cleaning, and the hygienist was super nice, empathetic, careful and thorough, I no longer feel the teeth sensitivity.

My last cleaning session elsewhere, a few years ago, was not such a nice experience so I was not excited at a dental appointment, so even though I knew I needed an appointment, I was hesitant to schedule one, However that quickly changed when I visited CIty center Dentistry at Surrey. After my Initial inspection which was a good experience, I had a deep cleaning session with a super friendly Hygienist Ronnie, which was an even better session, a great experience. My family started visiting city centre dentistry since last year for cleaning. My son 9 yrs of age had cavities. He was treated by Dr Patel and done so with a lot of care. From the tine of booking appointments till the procedure is completed step by step the staff briefed us through and helped us. They are very friendly and accommodating in terms of change of appointment timings. Make kids feel at ease and very comfortable. I too under went treatment for cavity and the care taken by the staff made me feel very comfortable rather a painless process. I definitely will recommend city centre dentistry

I am not the type of person to complain but this morning was such a nightmare. I was supposed to have my appointment at 0930 but when I called at 0900 no one was answering. I checked the website when the clinic is opening and it says 1000. So I got confused so I waited until almost 1000 to come in but I received a call from one of the receptionists telling me that I am late for my appointment today Dec 06, 2021 so I rushed to get there. I did not have a good experience with the hygienist that was in charged, she was way too harsh while she was cleaning my teeth, to the point that the pain was unbearable

After some time not going to a dentist, I was nervous to go somewhere new. I ended up needing my wisdom tooth taken out but was hesitant at first, the ladies at the front were very reassuring with every question I had. The dentist and her assistant were very thorough and understood my nervousness and questions I posed by giving me detailed answers so I understood everything that was going to happen. I’m glad to say I will certainly be coming back here again for all my dental needs! Thank you guys :)

The staff at City Centre Dentistry are so lovely! I've been a patient here for a few years and everyone is friendly and welcoming. Ronnie, the hygienist also provided me with a special brush. I've never had to sit and wait for a long time - in fact, the staff were extremely patient and understanding when I mistook my appointment time and was 30 minutes late. Thank you!!

It was the fantastic experience visiting the CITY CENTRE DENTISTRY, as of my first time there.I’ve had the good fortune of finding the best clinic for my dental health. Front desk and assistants have welcoming and friendly nature. Dr. Mand explained clearly what needed to be done, as well as what I didn’t need at the moment. The Hygienist was very focused on doing an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. She was very careful while operating inside my teeth. I appreciate a lot each and every person working at the dentistry.
