Went to opal as I was in lots of tooth pain. They took a look said I needed a root canal and antibiotics for an infection. Got a second opinion at enlightened dental in Vancouver and they were excellent and squeezed me in... told it me I didn't have an infection but rather a dead nerve that liquefied and had to have the pressure removed. Which they did promptly with no pain!
Disappointed by the lack of attention and the fact that I had to endure a couple days of pain and taking antibiotics for no reason.

Everything about this clinic is great!!! Dr. Chahal is amazing, all the tools are up to date, and the clinic itself is very welcoming and clean. In general, my visit here was a great experience. No discomfort and no surprises; Dr. Chahal is very informative and ensures you are aware of the procedure before she begins. You’re in good hands here.

Very unprofessional staffs..
Don't even know how to talk patients , don't know how to give appointments to patients.
I called on Sept 18th for an appointment with Dr Chahl and a lady staff gave me appointment for sept 25th. I didn't get a reminder call on the previous day so I called on the appointment day for confirming my appointment. A lady named Kat** told there is no appointment for me today and she is not even listening what I am saying. Very unprofessional and don't know how to talk to patients.
Dear doctors keeping these type of staffs will spoil your clinic s name also loose many customers

Had an emergency toothache,quick Email to Opal Dental and was contacted this morning first thing. Was reassured of covid safety plan on the phone and off I go.
From the minute of walking in and greeted by the receptionist,to meeting the doctor, Dr.Chahal, chair side assistant Bonnie. It was the most professional,individual attention I've been given as a "new" patient. The office is very clean, latest technology and well, as the Dr. Finished my procedure? I wasn't sure she had started a he was so gentle.
Thank you Everyone. See you in 2 weeks.

Best dentist I have ever met and a very friendly staff. Dr Chahal makes the most difficult procedure look like magic . She is awesome. My kids love the clinic n the team. They are committed to providing excellent dental care. And they provide a complete range of specialized treatments all under one roof. And not to mention the dental hygienist!!!Superb she is☺☺☺☺. Welcoming new patients and moved recently to a newly renovated spacious environs.

After just getting my text message despite it was not even regular business hours u took time out from ur families precious time and called back listened my concern.gave me appointment right away from ur very tight schedule. It was hard for me to hear abt my wisdom… tooth but I knew it needed to be pulled! Thank you for going over the X-rays in detail and explaining the problem.
