Visited Brisa Spa today to do my eyelashes. Amelia was very nice and professional. While she was doing my eyelashes I was asking so many questions and information about various services that they provide and she actively responded to all my questions. She made me very comfortable as it was my first experience of eyelash. Later, did a touch up on my eyebrows, and it was done by another professional girl Natalie, she was amazing too. Gave me a information about eyebrows how you can take care of them. Natalie has always been a first person whom I ask for a beauty tip. She is wonderful at her work

I am a huge fan of Brisa Spa! Staff is super friendly and extremely professional! I go mostly for eyebrows with Natalie; she's always very careful and pays strong attention to details always ensuring I am comfortable, relaxed and satisfied. I love their warm welcoming environment and strongly recommend a visit to Brisa. You wont regret!

Got my first maternity massage and OH MY GOD! It was the best investment I did since I got pregnant. I just realized how swallowed and uncomfortable my body was after the massage when it was easier to move, stand for longer time, and clothes were fitting ao much better. I absolutely feel so much better. I'm going back soon and highly recommend it for any pregnant women!

This is my new brow spot! Brisa Spa is a true hidden gem in Vancouver, and is just just minutes from Granville Island and the South Granville strip. Well-priced and cozy, the space isn't big but Natalie, the owner, certainly got creative with the layout (which I love). The spa offers a variety of essential services, including manis/pedis, waxing, facials, massages and more. The staff is warm and friendly, and Brisa embodies everything you would want from a trendy neighborhood salon. It's great to have something in the area that's also so well-priced. I was impressed by Flavia at the desk when I entered the spa. She was well prepared for COVID protocol which was great! Amelia did a full leg and underarm wax plus a pedicure on me. The waxing was done professionally and very thoroughly. Then I had a wonderful pedicure! My feet felt incredible when she was done. Then I returned for a manicure which included an exfoliating scrub and a moisturizing mask. Amelia removed the built up dry skin around my nails very carefully also. My hands and nails feel fantastic! Thank you.

Excellent service for a good price. It's a Brazilian beauty spa and they really knows how to do great nails and waxing :) that means you will not have that super fast and not caring service for nails and waxing, so go there with time.
Ps.: They speak English more than others beauty spas that I visited.
The cons is they don't open on Mondays.

Not very good spa for English speaking people such as myself; the workers at this spa mostly cater to Brazilians or Portuguese speakers; my husband is Brazilian so I thought I would give this place a try & I went 3 times & all 3 times was not good; over priced compared to Canadian Spa's & I did not feel 100% comfortable. They are also very very very slow with nails: manicures & pedicures!!
If I was the owner, I'd hire some English speaking natives to help them change the environment to be more inclusive to other cultures not just Brazilians.

Very friendly and welcoming people- exactly what you hope for when trying out a new spot. Greeted me with a coffee and cookies as I waited for Kelly to get set up which was a very nice touch. Kelly was easy to chat with and very professional throughout the waxing, the whole thing was a breeze! Glad to have found my new spa in Vancouver.

I've just returned from having a mani/pedi done by Talita. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
I was welcomed with delicious brewed coffee and in just a couple of minutes Talita began my manicure.
She is extremely knowledgeable about nail care and the proper way to perform a superb mani/pedi. More thoroughly than any other aesthetician in other salons, she showed me the proper way to deal with my ingrown nail problem.
I left with beautiful nails and really good advice.
I will return to this spa again and will also recommend it to all my friends.

Wow, finally found quality pedicures a d manicures, done with extreme efficiency but with quality. Been to so many over the years but no one really stands out. The same old stuff and procedures but with brazilian methods at Brisa, takes it up a couple of notches compared to American standards. Highly recommend!
