I have been to multiple laser hair removal clincs and this place is the worst so far. Received 6 sessions and the results are minimum. It was hard to communicate with staff - not everyone understands English well. Purchased the groupon deal for a cheaper price, but you end up getting what you paid for.

I’ve been to 3 different places for laser hair removal and the results of this one is the least great. I’m not sure if it’s the quality of the laser but I’ve had 5 touch up sessions already here (having already done a full year of Brazilian laser hair removal at a different salon previously) and it seems like it doesn’t even work. The service here is pretty inefficient as well as they NEVER start appointments on time so if you go on your lunch break for example, I would not recommend as they start you at least 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. You may as well show up late.

I went to this clinic for IPL. Some girls did the job and didn't burn my face, but the woman I post also a picture burn my face twice.. she goes over your face like 3-4 repeatedly on the same area until burn the skin. She even told me need to be hot to be effective. The first time She burn my face I thought was part of the treatment. My skin felt so bad couldn't even touch it.. but this second time she burn my face I went to another clinic to check what happened. And what she did was wrong. Obviously burn my face letting my skin scars and the pigmentation looking horrible. I email them for an explanation

I purchased IPL skin rejuvenation treatment for full face with anti-aging collagen mask for Groupon. As I have never tried IPL, 70%off Groupon deal was the best opportunity for the trial and it was right choice to choose here.

I go here all the time for a Brazilian and it's always quick and efficient. They are extremely professional and have a clean environment. The last time I went I noticed they had IPL and I asked about it during my was appointment as I suffer from rosacea. She was extremely knowledgeable and offered for me to come try a treatment also gave me a heavy discount for my first try. I am excited to see how it goes!!! :)

First off they do not answer thief phones in the morning. So if you think you'll to them by 10am you won't. My girlfriend been trying to make appointment with for several days now. And continue to because i bought her a Groupon. She finally got of hold of them. After her giving a bad review. They made her go all the way there to tell her that they dont like bad review google and that she won't get service from them. Don't waste your time with them

Place very clean and smells really nice! I did my consultation and first laser treatment on the same day. I wish they had let me know I was gonna do it all at the same day. The staff seems really nice, very polite.
Olga was super helpful and patient. She explained how the laser treatment works and was always making sure I was comfortable!

I got a Groupon for laser hair removal on one large area. I started seeing results after just one treatment, which was great!
The employees are friendly but sometimes a bit rushed and hard to understand. I don't really mind getting my laser done quickly though!
The building is a bit old but the clinic is pretty clean and organized.
Will definitely keep this place in mind for more laser hair removal after my Groupon is done!

Buyers beware. I purchased a groupon for one year of unlimited laser hair removal. Before I purchased the groupon I made sure to read the fine print. Nowhere did it state a required minimum of time in between sessions, just a recommended minimum.
On my 6th session they told me that for future sessions I would need another groupon or purchase another 6 sessions from the directly. I spoke to the "manager" and attempted to show them the groupon that shows I purchased a 1 year of unlimited sessions and she refused to even look at it. I am writing on behalf of a friend who I went with to Green Leaf Medispa and we did not have a great overall experience.
Issue 1: False Advertisement on Groupon
My friend purchased an "Unlimited" Laser Hair-Removal at Green Leaf MediSpa but only to find out that it was only up to six sessions. The fine print did not specify that there was a limit to the number of sessions but it did say that it's recommended to wait 6-8 weeks before making the next appointment.
My friend made appointments from 4-6 weeks in between since it was not mandatory to wait 6-8 weeks between sessions.

Ella was the laser hair technician who did my services for Brazilian and under arms. She is so cute and very professional.
I've done laser hair removal before, and vowed I couldn't go anywhere else from simply skin in Las Vegas. However as new growth came in and living in a new city/country I tried Green Leaf Medi Spa as I could not make it down to Las Vegas.
I was not disappointed. The spa itself is small but it is still very professional. They have parking spaces 11 and 12 in the back that are for free but I chose to pay for street parking on a meter.
Only downfall is only one

I was referred to Green Leaf Medi Spa by a friend. She has been seeing the ladies/beauticians for just under 12 months. I have been receiving IPL treatment (laser hair removal) for 4 months. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy to buy their 'products' they just suggest. You can use their website to make 3 booking requests. Every time I have gone into the salon, I have been super early, I haven't even had time to take my jacket off and sit down before they have put me into a room to complete my treatment. It is quiet refreshing from some of the other beauticians I have

I've purchased a groupon ($100 for 1yr hair removal) in hopes of getting rid of, or at least decreasing, my hair on my upper lip and chin. I don't have a lot of hair on my upper lip, BUT since the individual strands are so thick and black I look like I have a mustache even when I'm shaved smoothly due to the hair beneath my skin. As for my chin, it's not as noticeable when shaved

I have been going to this spa for about a year and a half now and I am yet to have an unpleasent experience. Lena has done majority of my brazilian waxes and it has been a comfortable expereince. Lena and her staff are great at what they do.
Further, they are always on time. I have had about 20 sessions at this spa and they have not made me wait. ALSO, they have accommodated to my busy work schedule and have stayed later for me. I am very picky about customer service and the staff at Green Leaf Spa has not failed me.
