Seven 32 Nail & Spa

By far the best manicure I have ever had. Shellac never lasts longer than a week on me and this manicure has lasted me over 2 weeks. I was on the hunt for a new nail place and this is it! The salon is nice and clean, the nail tech was kind and accommodating and the prices are reasonable. Looking forward to going back this weekend with my daughter.

The place seems clean on the surface but they clean the instruments with what looks like soap and water, and was not according to BC guidelines. Employees were hanging out without masks. The nail polish was super thick and likely old, resulting in smudges. I will not return.

I came back to this salon today, a day after I had my nails done to express that I was not 100% satisfied with my nails as they were too thick, not painted well, streaky, and had bubbles and dents. They were very defensive although I made it clear I was not blaming them for anything, and took the fault of coming in late, 1.5 hours before close.
When I came back the second time, they claimed they were in no rush but the technician who did my nails had left me to change her clothes towards the end of my session, which is also why I did not fully express I was not satisfied as I did not want to rush

I had the most amazing treatments today...the staff were very professional and worked their magic to make my first time in their shop very enjoyable!

Today was my second time coming here. I had a great pedicure done by Jessie. Very clean environment. I love the massage and hot stone massage they give you here with your pedicure. I had to find a new place as used to go to the nail place across the street but have received poor service there so this will be my new place! Don't hesitate to come here. Both times I've walked in and they've been able to take me immediately. Good selection of polish! I will be back

I'd been here for a mani previously and it was perfect, so I was excited to come back for a mani and pedi. I got two different technicians this time and it was a very different experience. I wonder if there has been a change in ownership, or if I just got lucky the first time.
I had gel on my fingernails that had to be removed, and I don't think the woman who did this part of the service knew what she was doing. She used an electric drill file and couldn't seem to tell the difference between the gel product and my natural nails. Instead of taking down the product evenly along each nail, she drilled

That was soooo bad. I went twice, once to fix a couple of gelish nails, she took forever, nail broke in 2 days and they charged me a lot, secodn time i had a gift voucher and went for mani pedi, she was so bad, she hardly understood what i said and the service was bad, she cut the cuticles so strong they the skin around my nails was peeling and painful after. over all one of the worst nail job experiences

Terrible experience. The lady took about 2 hours just to do an acrylic fill. One of my nails had broke previously and she added a new one on and it was crooked, I told her and she ignored me. She didn't say a word to me the entire time. I was very uncomfortable and couldn't wait to get out of there. The lady that was supposed to be working at the front was on her phone the entir time and when it was time for other clients to leave the lady who was working on me had to go help them, which took another 7 mins. She didn't say excuse me I'll be right back or anything, completely ignored me. I ALWAYS

Quick to get in, but yikes. Went for a shellac removal. Barely used acetone, obliterated my nail beds with the drill. would have been better to rip them off myself.

Wonderful place with excellent services. Normally my nails break so easily that I never used to have long nails unless they were fake. Lisa does an awesome job and the shellac manicure lasts me three week and my nails are finally long and feminine. Definitely recommend this salon!

First time here and never going back!!! I walked in to have my face waxed. I should have listened to my instincts as no one was wearing a mask or gloves. Lisa attended to me. She began carefully applying the wax. When she finished my eye brows I opened my eyes and a small piece of wax was on the inner corner of my eye. I told Lisa and she took it off. Wish I had stopped it there. Lisa continued to wax the right side of my face and dropped wax on my lower lip. I told her and all she kept saying was close your mouth. I told her to take the wax off immediately. I thought she would use oil. Instead

I'm from Nova Scotia and wanted to get my nails done for a wedding. So I went to search and Seven32 was across from the hotel. And I couldn't be more happy with my nails! They are nicer than any other nail I have ever had! They are so pretty. Ladies there were sweet, polite very particular and did a beautiful job. I would most definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Terrible customer service and the girl had no idea what she was doing. She then proceeded to put seran wrap on my wet toe naills... garbage place, would never go back

Best place to get nail done with good technician -Lisa . She did really good job in very short time , her communication and customer service is really appreciative .

My go to place for nails! Centrally located on west broadway by Oak and Cambie. Love how they have lots of different colors to choose from. Spacious and clean interior. Waxing, hair and makeup service available too. Lisa is super sweet and she's really good with her nail applications. Highly recommend this place when in the area.

They do not sanitize their tools!!! Over booked clients, so i had to stay for 2.5 hrs just to get mani and pedi done.

I was looking to pamper myself with a pedicure on my staycation. I first went to another salon a block away but they seemed quite busy & no one approached me, so I left. Came here & it was much quieter. There were 4 clients and 2 seemed to be friends of theirs. I asked the price & was told to have a seat. Ok... My hubby bought me a gift card for this place during our spa day one afternoon. I got a acrylic fill and a regular pedicure, which they performed on me at the same time with two girls. During the pedicure the girl cut my cuticles on not one but 2 toes. I could also tell she buffed my nails so much that she overcompensated by adding layers of gel polish. Once the pedicure portion was complete after an hour, I realized the acrylic fill was only halfway through. She continued to buff away my nails, add thick layers of product and then buffing that away-this method she repeated at least 4 times. Finally

I've very picky about my manicures, and until now, I had yet to find a salon I was happy with. Seven32 far exceeded my expectations. My cuticles and nails have never looked better. I also appreciated the great selection of colors, and the atmosphere was overall clean and relaxing. I will definitely be back.

This is a joint I only came across recently. It's super convenient for me as I work in the area. The staff is friendly enough (my expectations for these services is pretty low!) but they are very good with detail and cleanliness. They also have a rewards program which makes it worthwhile for regulars.
