Poorly run business with non-existent customer service.
Purchased a Groupon for 6 sessions of laser hair removal. Over the span of a month, I called 10+ times, left multiple voicemails, and sent 5 emails to book my first appointment. Calls and emails were never returned. I've never experienced this type of total lack of communication. Ending up asking for a refund from Groupon.
Unfortunate, as other reviews are positive about the actual service.. but what's the point if it's impossible to make an appointment?

This is my favourite laser spa in Vancouver. I have been coming here for a few years and my technician Mary is really good. She is knowledgeable and will make you feel comfortable. She is very experienced with lasers. I have had my underarms and lower legs done-with awesome results. The laser they use is effective and doesn't hurt .If you are needing laser-look no further than AFUS.

Find Olga if you need laser hair removal. She is the best technician. FYI, for now, she has very limited availability - only available on Saturday.
Improvement/recommendation - I wish they offer online appointment booking. Currently we can only book appointment over the phone or in person. (They don't answer the phone often and they don't always reply back after go leave a voice message)

Have gotten two laser hair area treatments here and I'm incredibly pleased with the results! Spa is very clean, has a nice atmosphere and the staff are very kind and professional. The lady who did my laser hair removal was great and made the process super easy! Highly recommend.

If you're looking for a place that is professional and gives quality services for a reasonable price, definitely consider booking an appointment! The spa offers a variety of great services, but my personal favourite is their laser treatment. I've gotten laser treatments done in the past, but it was unfortunately a let down. Olga was the spa technician who I saw for all of my treatments and she makes the process super comfortable and quick. Once I started mine here, I instantly saw results just from the first session and have continued to go back since.
