I went for a balayage but was extremely disappointed with the results. The top part of my hair had a deep colour but there was absolutely no colour starting from the middle to bottom part of my hair. I asked for it to be fixed but they wanted additional $250-300 for it. Complete waste of all my money and time.

First to begin with, I booked an appointment with Chi over 1 month ahead of time, and when the day of my appointment came, she told me that she overbooked when I arrived. Then proceed to ask me to wait a hour after my appointment time because she was working on another client, whom she clearly booked after my appointment. I had blonde hair and just wanted to get my roots done. During the appointment, she admitted to not bleaching my roots long enough which left my hair being two different colours which was very noticeable (especially after it faded out). She told me that if I wanted to fix her mistake and bleach it again, I would have to pay 200$. She offered free toning. Tina's done my hair for the past year. She's an experienced professional that knows how to treat fine Asian hair very well. I've done balayage, fullhead highlights, root melt, and toning with her. One time I wasn't happy with my colour and she toned it for me for free. Though I haven't had much experience cutting with her, I can attest that she is a colour expert, especially with Asian hair

They are really selfish and arrogant and never get back to you, that’s also part of the rudeness of someone . Book with anyone else at this place but these 2 selfish sisters!

I had a very unpleasant experience with Viet for a balayage session. Before the session I had messaged him to make sure he's comfortable with doing dimensions of blonde on black hair, as I wanted something easier to grow out and maintain. He said yes very confidently. I had some doubts as I didn't see many examples on his Instagram page. He spent almost 6 hours

Had a very bad experience.. stylist could not achieve the result I wanted even after four tries of colouring and toning. Ended up ruining my hair in the process
lost my hair length(resulting in shoulder length hair), damaged my hair got a bad haircut and was charged the full price of colouring waist length hair (including the charge of unsuccessful attempts on part of the hair stylist)

Tina is amazing at what she does. I have never been so happy with my hair. She is so knowledgable, knows what would suit you and takes her time to make sure you leave completely satisfied. She just gained a regular, thank you so much Tina!!
I also get my lashes done by Yvonne who is awesome! They always look perfect and natural, and my own lashes underneath are still healthy. :)

It kind of depends who you get when you’re here. I take my entire family to see Tina. SHe’s super friendly And works wonders with my hair. She is also amazing with my daughter who has some intellectual delays and used to be terrified of getting my hair done. Now she wants to see Tina all the time.

Been here twice, each time with a Groupon for haircut, shampoo, style with hot oil treatment. First time I went was the first time I had ever cut my long curly hair short and my stylist was great. She layered it nicely and gave it the right volume so that it even looked good when it was dry and natural (something hard for curly hair). I loved my experience and a year later I went back with the same Groupon, this time a friend of mine who wasn't getting her hair done was with me. I went in for a second time to get an eyebrow wax and it was awful. The lady did not seem to know what she was doing at all, putting wax all on top of my eyebrows and then ripping it off in one go, not sections. Thinnest, worst eyebrows I have ever had done. Such a shame.

Cindy was quick and did not do a great job. She was very nice but was clearly rushed for her next appointment and did not take the time to even blow out my hair with a brush. Hair is not evenly cut. Would not return... Groupon is not worth it as there was not even a hot oil treatment included as advertised

So dissapointed with a hair stylist named Mona, she doesnt listen to ajything you say. Its like she is in lala land everything always ok, well its not at all, dont whatever my hair you crazy lady. Mess up your own hair.

Came in for a haircut with Tina. The salon was clean and bright. The receptionist was prompt to greet me and offered a glass of water. I sat down and consulted with Tina about my hair; I wanted to cut off three inches and freshen up my layers. My goal was to have height at the root, longer, side-swept bangs and layers around my crown. My hair is straight and I spend a lot of effort making it look voluminous and wavy. I showed Tina a picture of what I was looking for and pointed at how long I wanted my length to be. We agreed on the specifics and she immediately had me stand up, turned me around

I came in for a more elegant look for the evening and Tina did another fantastic job! This time I got waves in my hair. I love the shine from the highlights in my hair. Light weight and bouncy, no heavy hairspray. Again, I got so many compliments!!!

I have been coming to Tina for about 8 years. Tina is a Master level stylist and always provides excellent service and care. The salon has a relaxed atmosphere and everyone is friendly and welcoming. They provide services from hair, nails and spa treatments. If you want to be pampered yourself I would highly recommend Beauté Hair Salon.

I purchased 2 different groupons for a haircut with two different stylists from here and had to cancel both. One of them tells me theres an extra 10$ for long hair and also that she is moving salons and locations. The second one tells me she is only available 3 weekdays 10-4...which is literally during a regular persons work hours. Soooo for the future, they should ensure all important information that would impact a person's choice to purchase is listed on the site.

I was expecting a great haircut from Joji, given her reputation. Checked out the price range for the salon before the appointment and was expecting to pay $65 or less for a cut. I was totally gob smacked when she asked for $80 cash. She somehow failed to mention the "cash only" at the time of booking. Its a good thing (for her) that my bank is across the street. If I had had to go further, she would have either had to accept my credit card or wait a day or so to be paid. Not only is she lacking in ethics (I take a dim view of those who cheat on their income tax), she needs to upgrade

Arrived on Sunday with my bad hair-day hair and left with nice bouncy waves. Angela was so nice and she gave me great advice on what I can do with henna treated hair. Studio looks amazing and very sophisticated. I will definitely return for more.

This Hair Salon is certainly one of the most attractive ones in Canada. With its skylights and beautiful wooden floors it looks very professional and you'd think you're in Paris or New York. The hair stylists are truly excellent and offer the full spectrum of high quality services for men, women and children.

Great new discovery. Nice studio, nice people...and Rosie gave me a great haircut!
