All of our packages begin with Hammam (steam room) & Gommage (exfoliation). Our Hammam is always scheduled and booked privately to ensure client comfort. We reserve 30 minutes for 1 person, 45 minutes for 2 people, and varied lengths for groups. This steam and body exfoliation treatment is part of the authentic traditions of the Middle East.
We are pleased to announce the following new schedule: Tuesday to Sunday 11 am to 7 pm, closed on Monday. Appointments are required. Call 604 733 5151 to book. Please note that we are accepting only SINGLE or DOUBLE appointments as the new protocol for our signature Gommage treatment must ensure both safety and security for our valued clients and staff.

Tranquil atmosphere; friendly and serene staff; very clean facilities. Private hammam (steam room) & gommage (exfoliation) chambers and treatment specialists make it feel like your own private spa. An incredibly relaxing experience and top notch service.
Visited Nov'21 so treatments were limited and showers & lounge were closed per COVID-19 health guidelines. Special bookings for couples and groups arranged on certain days only.

From the moment I made my reservation, to the end of the appointment, the staff at Miraj were professional and considerate. The hammam and gommage feels like a foreign getaway, but the location is so convenient, right near downtown. I got a massage as well, and the staff member (I think her name was Julie or Julia) listening to my requests and personalized the treatment. I will definitely be back, and will recommend this place to friends!

What an experience! Absolute fell in love with the traditional morrocon atmosphere and the attention to detail. Great way to relax, get a good scrub and bond. Went for a mother daughter day definitely will never be forgotten :) The staff are extremely friendly and respectful. Make sure you visit the lounge after and try the sweetcake it has a hint of cardamom.

Amazing! I felt so relaxed the moment I walked into the steamroom. The people who work there are so respectful and nice and I loved that I never felt rushed only totally pampered. and the best part is that when you think it's over ... no there's a lounge where you get tea and a lovely little cake to enjoy at your leisure. This is my new happy place

I love the Hammam & Gommage. A friend bought me a gift certificate years ago and I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I had 30 minutes alone in a lovely steam room which had a meditative effect on my mind. Then I got scrubbed down and experienced the best exfoliating treatment my body has ever had. The little bumps on my legs were gone! I was then treated to a lovely massage which melted me like butter. Finally, I was brought to a delightful little room and given the sweetest tasty treat. This was one of the best spa experiences I've had, period! Not for the weak... the steam is intense but you do get to control the on/off. Private and comfortable, the technicians/aesthetic (not sure of the right name) are fantastic and really make you feel at ease. The steam, scrub, massage and the lounge with tea and cake to replenish you as if you are on a mini vacation! Drink lots of water during the steaming :) my skin and body feel refreshed, revived and alive again!

Amazing experience! I went with 3 other girlfriends and we could not have had a better experience. Extremely professional and prompt when booking our services. Followed up with a reminder phone call and greeted us at the door. We could tell this place was great from the moment we walked in as others were all smiling as they were leaving. Was a beautiful, one-of-a-kind experience. Everything from the steam room, the scrub, to the massage was perfection. We were both incredibly impressed with the facility and the staff, who put in a lot of effort to make you feel like you're the only ones there (we were there on 'couples day' - Sunday). We found this wonderful little spa through Travelzoo, and we'll definitely be visiting them again.

My boyfriend and I received a gift certificate for Christmas for two steams, scrubs, and massages that we finally got to use this past Sunday, and let me tell you, it was definitely worth the wait! Everything was on point from start to finish. The steam and scrub was probably my favourite part, and I was super soft and relaxed when we came out. My massage was wonderful as well. Usually I have s hard time relaxing during a massage as I find myself counting strokes and anticipating certain movements (hazard of my profession), but I darn near fell asleep at one point! I have been to the hammam 4 times now and every time the staff are always really friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed the steam and scrub, but the massage has been a hit or miss, depending on the therapist. One thing that I thought really stood out though, was the lounge after your treatment. Since they don't book multiple parties, you're almost guaranteed a private lounge room after. Their tea and treat afterwards is delicious and greatly appreciated! No handful of nuts here! Will definitely be coming back.

Not anywhere worth the money. The Hammam was uninspiring. I do a better job when I scrub myself in the shower. I had to stand up naked in front of strangers and was hosed down with a shower head instead of being rinsed off while laying down. As a double mastectomy breast cancer survivor, I found this embarrassing.

I've been here twice now and I really like Miraj. It's nothing like the hammams in Turkey but it'll do.

The spa is beautiful and when you're there you feel like you're in a land far way. The steam is fantastic and they make sure you have plenty of water while you're in there. After your steam you lay on the stone bed and they wash and scrub you down. You can literally feel like your skin breath. It feels amazing!

Well..I feel sorry to have to be the downer in reviews on this place.
It is a beautiful facility, and the best part for me was the aesthetics; felt like being in the baths in ancient Rome, the steam area was beautiful marble and arched doorways and ceilings.
The 'gommage' was just okay.( I have to admit I have been ruined for scrubs by being a regular user of Korean spas ) , and the technique used here was very light scrubbing, really just washing basically, and took about 10 minutes.
The one hour massage I had after was decent, but not up to the standard I usually have experienced
