I had the most bizarre experience here. I wanted to get my wedding rings redesigned, so I booked an appointment with Tara, the jewellery designer. My husband and I spent 45 minutes with her, looking at my stones, trying on rings, and deciding on designs. She promised us a quote by the weekend as we were working on a shorter timeline. My partner and I visited this store to purchase our wedding bands. Helen, Eunice and the team were amazing and accomodating, being patient and allowing both of us to try on a variety of options. My partner and I attended at this store in search of a wedding band, however due to lockdown we had only a short amount of time to purchase this before the ceremony a week later. We wanted to buy my mum a diamond necklace for her birthday and I have always had a lovely experience in Barclays but todays service was truly outstanding. Ann served us and she could not have been kinder. She showed a genuine interest and wanted to help find the right necklace. There was no pushy sales and she really wanted to help. After purchasing a diamond pendant and chain for my daughters 21st in June 2019 unfortunately the chain broke 9 months into it. Anyway due to the shop being closed over the covid period I only managed to go back yesterday 28th August 2020 I couldn't obviously prove that it had broken within the year however I was prepared to purchase another white gold chain, almost identical to the original. After spending hundreds on the gift in the first place, I wasn't prepared to pay the wopping £195 on top of what I had already spent. Asked for something more affordable. After going to Barclays Dimonds on Wednesday and purchasing a nice Hugo boss watch at a brilliant price I the want back on Thursday due to the brilliant range and the lovely staff, when I went in yesterday the staff were just as nice as the day before and after talking about the limited edition oris watch I ended up purchasing it and the staff made sure I knew everything about it, and they sorted everything out for me.
I could not recommend them enough

Such was the case with Geoffrey at Barclay’s Fine Jewellers! We sent Geoffrey a text message inquiring about the possibility of creating a ruby anniversary ring utilizing some of the gold and diamonds… from my original engagement and wedding band set to celebrate our 40th anniversary.

The graciousness in which I’ve been greeted every time I’ve entered Barclay’s. From: “Mr. Barclay”, and each of the staff. The very reasonable pricing, of quality product. The caring, detail and attention, from Sharon Rose, that was put toward the beauty, designing and art of creating a ring in honour of my dear Maman, whom I had recently lost... was more than I hoped for. I sincerely recommend Barclay’s Fine Jewellers, and will continue to do so.

My boyfriend proposed to me earlier this week and I was absolutely delighted with the ring he purchased. However, the ring was slightly snug so we went in and spoke to Helen and Eunice in the Livingston store who couldn't of been any more helpful with getting me sorted with a size to suit me better. Will definitely be purchasing our wedding rings when the time comes

The service from sales agent Ruth was amazing, first class! She was so friendly and made the experience of buying a treat for myself so relaxed. Helen the manager fabulous too, both an asset to the company.
