It doesn’t get better than Pukka! Mouth-watering delicious Indian food and 5* service. They are our go-to for catering any and all events and Harsh’s team never disappoints!
As someone who was raised on Indian food, I would go so far as to say this is the BEST you will ever taste outside of India (& England).
If you’re looking for authentic Indian spices and flavours, crafted into modern eclectic dishes, Pukka is the place.

Fantastic Indian food. An amazing place that you can sit and have a great dinner with family, friends, or on a date. Each dish has a unique flavour profile, with the fish curry more light and coconut based and the lamb curry complimenting the medallions beautifully. Get the Chaat, it’s a perfect way to start. A regular for when we feel like a curry!

Christine was an outstanding server who made the evening a pleasure. She was knowledgeable about the food and guided our choices perfectly from cuisine to beverages. Pukka is consistent and delicious but a caring and engaged server can make your dining experience even better and it dd! Can I give 6 stars since she deserved them.

As always everything was exceptional. My family and I have been dining here for years and there's a reason why it's one of our favourite restaurants in the city. Meghan was wonderful throughout the night, extremely warm, friendly and attentive. We were there for a birthday, our party was filled with so much goodness. We're still talking about the lamb lollipops and the rice pudding.

Absolutely amazing Indian food and incredible customer service. Our waiter Tony was excellent. Harsh, who I believe is a manager or owner, was also so friendly and hospitable. He goes around the restaurant and patio to make sure the customers are happy. Simply an all around delicious and excellent experience! Will be back soon!

I don't like gushing excessively, but Pukka was one of the best meals we've had in Toronto. The menu selections are a carefully curated mix of traditional pan-Indian delights and creative contemporary takes on Indian. The most unusual dish we had was also the most delightful: smoked trout cured with garam masala over mildly pickled beets and mustard raita. Sounds crazy, but the combination harmonized beautifully. Both the rich trout and crisp, earthy beets were flawlessly perfect, fresh, and flavorful. Made for a gorgeous presentation too, compliments to the kitchen on this one.

Pumpkin curry - 5/5
Lamb lollipops - 5/5
Stuffed paneer - 5/5
Chicken 65 - 4/5 (too spicy for me!)
Naan - 4/5
Rice - 2.5/5
Flavourful, unique, rich, inventive . Food delivered piping hot. Lamb was very expensive but everything else fairly priced. Can't wait to try everything else on the menu

Came here for Winterlicioius meal last night and it was better than what I'd expected! The ambiance was good, felt a bit towards the fancier side as it was a fusion Indian type of restaurant. Service was great, with attentive servers.
We ordered Chicken 65 & Pukka Chaat for appetizers, Butter Chicken & Tofu tikka masala for the mains, and rice pudding & chilli chocolate brownie for dessert.
The proportions were great. My favourite part of the meal was my appetizer, Pukka Chaat....YUM! Salad that tasted super refreshing. If I were to return, I would substitute the tofu tikka

This place is always good. They serve amazing food. Only reason I gave them a 4star is even though the food is good, this time around they were a bit underseasoned. There was no salt. We did not tell the servers but I am sure they would have tried to fix that had we mentioned it to them.
Chicken 65 was different but good. I felt the gunpowder shrimp was a bit overpriced for the size, taste and quantity

Found my new favorite Indian restaurant. The way to my heart is a nicely done dish of butter chicken with its creamy sauce and tender morsels scooped on a piece of garlic naan. That's exactly what I got tonight.

For their location I would give a 5 (a 4 if you have a car). It's right after Christie and St Claire and you'd have to pay for parking on the street.
For the quality of food, couldn't have been better My chicken was the most tender and the sauce was not too overwhelming.
Their service is super fast. The food came in a few minutes and

I don’t think the food taste good. Service is good but the place is a bit understaffed so it takes some time to get the attention of the waitress. I would not come back again.
More details about the dishes we ordered:
Pukka chaat: I find it way too saucy.
Kale salad: tastes pretty basic. Not bad but not special either
Lamb lollipops: the meat was nice and juicy. The sauce doesn’t have much taste to it.
Boatman’s fish and prawns: shrimp tastes like flavourless frozen shrimp. The soup base doesn’t have much taste to it
Pumpkin curry: probably the best dish of the night. Tastes a bit

I've been wanting to try Pukka for a long time, and finally did it with friends this Summerlicious.
Dining room decor is simple but nice, with lovely patio seats if patrons wish to dine outside.
The food was fantastic. I started with Chicken Tikka, which was tender and moist, pairing well with tamarind chutney. My spouse ordered the Pukka Chaat, and it was a refreshing dish, perfect for summer. For my entree, I had the Lamb Rogajosh, which was tender and sitting in a nice sauce. I tried some of my spouse's Vegetable Biryani, and it was absolutely delicious; I wish it was part of the

We chose this place, because they had items on the menu that could be made vegan while also satisfying the other half of our group that are meat eaters. Everything was really good. I especially enjoyed the flavors of the South Indian Vegetable Curry dish. As an appetizer, I ordered the Pukka chaat. I appreciated the option to omit the yoghurt, upon request.
It's a beautifully decorated restaurant, and the service was exceptional. Very accommodating. When visiting Toronto again, returning to Pukka will be a must.
