I have not personally used the pool services, but the drivers of the company vehicles are Terrible and I would assume those are the technicians that come. driving downtown and the driver cut me off and then gave me the finger. If I ever need this type of service I will choose a professional company who's employees do not behave like road raging teenagers

Patrick, and Jacob are very knowledgable young men . Very professional and speedy when ordering supplies . Have worked for a couple of rental properties , with pools . Can't remember when I was treated with a high level of professionalism .

This is our second spa and we couldn't be happier. Our first spa needed a service call a couple times and Neil and his crew had me up and running right away well this new spa needed a service call and they were out right away got the part ordered and when it came in they went out of their way to get us up and running again. If your on the fence on where to buy dont hesitate from the front counter to sales and service R+S has you covered Thanks Again service team

I have dealt with Dave, Patrick and the friendly staff at R & S Pools for several years, and go there for all my swimming pool and hot-tub.
