There are 32 Bars in your head that contain limitations, thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, judgments and considerations that are preventing you from seeing more possibilities and living a full life. The therapy deletes all the useless "files" related to money, healing, time, creativity, control, joy, sadness, awareness etc.
Sugaring is an alternative to waxing. Sugaring paste is made out of sugar, lemon juice, and water. Which means there are no chemicals, fragrance, or colouring added, which makes it hypoallergenic, and great for people with sensitive skin. And for those of you that dread hot wax, sugaring paste is applied at body temperature, and is easily removed with hot water, leaving you with no sticky feeling.
I would go again and highly recommend! I've been going to the Re-treat Day Spa & Salon for years. Every time I walk through the door, I am always greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. It doesn't matter who I see first, I'm always made to feel like I am a valued customer by everyone. All are very talented and never shy away from any design I might suggest for my mani/pedis.

If you want an immediate booking please call. If you contact us by email, please respond in a timely manner otherwise your spot may be booked before we hear back from you.
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes in advance of spa treatments. Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. We attempt to confirm all appointments 48 hours in advance via email through our spa booking software (Appointy). Please ensure that we have your correct email address on file.

I had the hot stone massage and a foot massage. They were able to book me in last minute. This was a treat for me! The only problem is that I didn't want to leave! If there was 10 stars to rate, I'd give them that. Side note: beautiful interior and relaxing atmosphere. I can't say enough. So phenomenal. I'll be back for sure!

I went to Retreat Day Spa & Salon for the first time this week. Megan was the wonderful lady that took care of me while there. She did such a wonderful job on my mani and pedi.. great attention to detail and they look fabulous. The establishment itself is clean and very well taken care of. I will be back!!

I went to Re-treat day spa for acrylic nails and it was the best service/experience I have ever had at a nail salon! Lisa was warm and friendly and we had great conversation. The atmosphere is bright, airy and relaxing. I was so happy with my results, i booked another appointment before I left. Can't wait to go back in March!

My two daughters and myself have Acrylics, pedicures,facials done at this amazing place. We all have our hair done at the Salon as well. For anyone looking for a clean, relaxing,fun place for treatments this is the only place to go. Worth the money and your time to check this place out.
