Atlantis Day Spa

Every time I have been here I am impressed by the service. Friendly and welcoming staff inside a beautiful spa. The services I have received have all been excellent. Their covid measures are taken very carefully, which makes for a safe environment during pandemic times. The design of the facility is gorgeous. Would recommend any of their treatments and most definitely will be back :) Thanks Atlantis Team !!

I am a long time member and am always satisfied with the service at this spa. In particular, Ania, the massage therapist, is excellent. She can always find my "sore spots" and work on them until they pretty much disappear! In addition, the ambience of the spa is sensational and the steam room is a unique experience not duplicated anywhere else in our area. Thank you Ania and the Atlantis team!

Update - was an error on the massage therapists side and they offered me the difference in price between the two massage times or an extra 30mins to a future massage which I took the latter. The experience was lovely again, although the massage was so hard (pressure wise) that I had bruises all over my back and actually had to ice my back. I should have spoken up more to say the pressure was too much as it hurt at times but I have a hard time speaking up for myself. Besides that it was a lovely experience.

I called to book a session for me and my daughter and the person who answered the phone told me they would have to call me back as they were busy at the moment. She took my number, but I never got a call back. I guess they're not worried about losing or creating business. Terrible customer service!

He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional.… Not only that, he deeply cares and is the only person to ever explain things to me in a way that made sense, and got me to actually take good care of my skin. In a short amount of time, following his recommendations and skin care regime, my skin looks amazing. I can’t say enough about Colt, and the staff at Atlantis!

I booked an Atlantis signature massage for my mother and myself and from start to finish the care and quality of services was impeccable. I have received treatments from various spas in Vancouver (Chi, Spa Utopia, Absolute Spa) and Atlantis is definitely among the high-end quality spas that you would expect from Vancouver. I will gladly return to this location for my relaxation and revival needs!

Nice place and good selection of services, but two negative experiences cost this place two stars each in my book ... First was a massage, which was good but the technician told me to put my necklace in the pocket of my robe and I forgot it when I left. I called soon after and they refused to even look for it in the laundry. It was a chain I'd had for years, given to me by my grandparents and it had huge sentimental value; I felt so bereft that I cried on the phone when they refused to even look, and their hardened hearts were still not moved ...
