We just had a Royal Spa installed at our home. Aside from finding the most beautiful spa, the Pristine staff is incredibly pleasant. We had an entire days worth of staff coming in and out of our home and they were always professional, clean and polite. We highly recommend Pristine for and pool or spa Needs!

We just finished a HUGE 1 year long project with Pristine Pools. Our pool and limestone patio are GORGEOUS. They truly did an amazing job!!! Glenn and Dylan are so experienced and knowledgeable. Jerry, who installed everything, is the hardest working man I have ever met. They also do our weekly service and do a great job. I see that people have written about communication issues. While this is something Pristine could improve on, their work product and work ethic FAR exceed any minor communication issues. I highly recommend them and would be happy to talk to anyone about my experience.

I am the pool attendant for a local community. From the moment I met Britney, I knew my chemical balancing problems were over! She provided brilliant coaching while allowing me to be hands-on in treating my pool. Her advice has proven invaluable! She provided responsive and professional service and cared as much about my pool as I did. Let me mention Richard, the service manager. The phrase "super-genious" comes to mind! The staff was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer our questions and even ask us a few we weren't thinking of. They were able to diagnose the issue we were having with our pool and gave us step-by-step clear instructions. They went the extra mile to quickly order and install the new equipment we needed to ensure our pool was ready for a weekend holiday pool party! Glen, Dawn, Shane and Rich were all amazing helping us get our pool planned, ready and functional. They also maintained and closed it.
