Services
We trust you will enjoy the ease of buying products for your pets online and the convenience of having them delivered right to your home. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff are ready to help you find the best health outcomes for your pet and we are committed to extending this service by delivering high quality, veterinarian-approved products right to your door.
Prevention is key to ensuring your pet lives a longer healthier life. Wellness and vaccination programs are designed to prevent diseases and are often less costly than disease treatment once your pet is already infected. For example, if your pet gets kidney disease and its diagnosed early, we can modify your pet's diet or add supplements to potentially extend their life.
Book a medical consultation at a time that's convenient for you. We schedule 15 to 30 minutes to examine a sick pet and take the time to explain our recommendations for diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of your pet's condition. Consultations are available at Elmvale Veterinary Hospital Monday to Saturday including evenings.
Most routine surgeries allow for your pet to go home the same day - except for feline declaws which stay in hospital for 2 nights. At Elmvale Veterinary Hospital, we offer spays and neuters for dogs, cats, ferrets and rabbits. Surgeries take place in the morning, and we're open at 7:30 a.m. for an early drop-off.
Dogs and cats don't make good candidates for casts and splints to repair fractures because they can't keep the cast or splint dry and often chew it. Dr. Storimans has a special interest in orthopedic surgery and prefers using an internal fixation to repair fractures. Orthopedic surgery involves the use of stainless steel or titanium pins, plates, wires and screws to repair broken bones.

I bring my 2 Cats and 1 very large Saint Bernard who has a little bit of anxiety and the staff have always been absolutely outstanding in dealing with my boys quirks. It was my first time bringing a dog to the vet ever as hes my first dog and a three year old rescue. They made something that could have been a very stressful experience more of a laughing one with their calm demeanor and understanding. Dr. Alfred is absolutely outstanding to deal with and comes highly recommended. I have not worked with the other staff but i am confident they are equally stellar to work with !! Dont be afraid to

The veterinarians are all terrific. My friend and veterinarian Dr. K. Storiman is a fantastic vet/surgeon. He operated one one of my basset hounds and had my boy all taken care of and stapled up his incisions. The care and attention given to all who enter this hospital/clinic is exemplary. I know that my pets are in great hands at the Elmvale Veterinary Hospital/Clinic.
I couldn't be happier knowing that my boys are so well taken care of and the staff are all so great. I feel like a member of the family.
I recommend the Elmvale Veterinary Hospital to any pet owner.
Thanks again Ken.

This is a great veterinary hospital. I had a sick puppy quite a few years ago. I had taken him to 3 different vets with out a proper diagnosis. Then I brought him to see Dr. Storimans who diagnosed him quickly. I've been taking my dogs here for about 15 years. Never had any problems. The staff and doctors are very nice and helpful! ❤️

I have been going here for 10 years (since we got our German Shepherd Zoey)
We don’t live very close but make the drive because we trust them.
Last month we had to put our girl to sleep (very unexpectedly) and with all of the Covid rules - they made ever effort to make it the best it could be. We very much appreciated it and will never forget that! So a very big thank you to Scott & Dr. Lisa!
This month, our Rottweiler broke his K9 tooth so we decided to have it removed. Dr. Ken (I’m not going to try and spell his last name 😜) did a fabulous job! The surgery went great and he did an awesome
