Dr. Batha is by far the best dentist I have ever had. Dr Batha makes you feel heard, and genuinely cares, and you see that in the way he interacts with you and conducts procedures. The entire staff is so kind and comforting.
Dr. Dhaliwal is very sweet and has a great sense of humour.

Iam so scared of the dentist and didn't go for over 5 years I was having really bad dental pain and finally decided I needed to get in somewhere so I looked up dentists and this one popped up so I called and booked my appointment and am I ever glad I did I found one of the best dentist ever!! He was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable I have since been back many times and have now switched my kids to this dentist as well. So if your like me amd scared of the dentist this is the place to go... don't wait book your appointment now!

I had tooth pain and now I don't. Iunno my opinion isn't a good one to go by, I just started recently going to the dentist.
Staff is friendly and accommodating. The assistants are very nice. The dentists are funny and amicable, easy to get along with.
One thing that stood out to me was the dentist ability to explain things that sound complicated and tricky in a very easy to understanding way.

A nice dental clinic with friendly staff always happy to offer cleaning tips. I went there recently for a CT scan. I was pleased to see them following the health guidelines. It seems to be a very modern dental office with hospital grade air filtering system. The office is located in a busy strip mall with fast food restaurants. Sometimes, it is difficult to find parking. That's why only a 4 star. Bus stops near by.

I have seen Dr. Dhaliwal twice now for Botox. He was wonderful! Really approachable and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable and at ease. I'm fairly new to Botox so I had questions! He gave me some great advice. We started off with just a bit, and did a little more the second time. The results were amazing and I appreciated him going slow with me when he could easily have convinced me to unnecessarily spend more. I am so very happy with how it turned out! I will go back to Dr. Dhaliwal and would certainly recommend him.

Every time I go to South Ridge Dental I’m treated so wonderfully. All the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and the office is super clean. South Ridge Dental makes going to the dentist a wonderful experience! Thank you for being the best dental office I’ve ever been in my life. From the first visit to Southridge Dental I was impressed. Unfortunately at my first visit the power was out and they were unable to conduct my appointment and unfortunately couldn't call me to let me know because their computers were without power. They apologized profusely and everyone was so kind and aplogetic, I was even given coffee cards as a wonderful thoughtful gesture for my inconvenience. They called me later that morning when the power came on hoping to get me in the same day, but unfortunately it didn't work for my schedule. We did set up another appointment which I just attended today

Not the best experience that i had to switch to another dental office. Though the dental assistant was nice, the receptionist was not so friendly especially when presenting a substantial amount of invoice for a procedure. I came in to the clinic in pain and when you are greeted with a cold treatment then i don’t think anyone would want to come back to get the procedure done. The dentist himself who presented the procedure in such an overwhelming tone so to add to the amount you have to pay, it is not worth it.
