Some patients will experience mild sensitivity during the whitening process. If this happens, simply take a break from treatment for a day or two. You can also shorten your treatment time. Taking a break or reducing the treatment time won't change your result, so it's ok to take your time. Foods and drinks containing strong colours should be avoided for at least 48 hours after the treatment period or consumed in moderation.

Hello I just started coming here and thought it was a nice place but! I was wrong horrible place so unprofessional and never on time with appointments. I’ve had to reschedule a couple of times because I’ve been waiting and waiting and never been seen. I had an appointment once at 4 o’clock and I wasn’t seen until 530. When I asked the doctor so when I make an appointment for 4 o’clock should I come in at five and he said no you should come in at 6 o’clock that just shows you how unprofessional this place is. Don’t come here not recommend. Wish I could’ve gave them no stars…â€

Very bad service, my mom has been declined for her appointment to pick up her new dentures on October 15th at 1:15pm for being 3 minutes late and told her there was no possible way to take her in, so she had to reschedule for October 29th at 1pm which is today and we are here but again she got declined and now they say the appointment was at 11am and that she's past her appointment when they had literally scheduled for the same time as last time. I'm pretty sure they don't care but my mom has high blood pressure and both times we've had to take her to the doctors because the staff has no patience

I went about a month & a half ago the service was alright . The problem was this office proceeded to bill my insurance for services that weren’t done for me & they billed for a date in which in fact I had not been in the office . When I called the receptionist said she understood why I was upset but that she only bills what is in the doctors notes . A day or two later the manager of the office called and said that it was a misunderstanding and it was a clerical error . Now I work in the same field how could it be a clerical error when I wasn’t in the office for one of the dates billed for me

I would highly recommend this place! The staff from Dr.Gupta,Mel,Kim and Jackie to name a few are awesome.I wish I could name them all. I went there to get major work done and was so nervous. Every one of the staff members I encountered were very professional .Most of all the staff is very kind and helped me get through an unpleasant experience a little bit more calmly. I had Dr. Kristen Dupuis and she was amazing! I went in for a dental emergency, and had a lot of pain. So when I got booked in I was supposed to get a root canal, but having no coverage it was too much, and I thought to get it pulled instead. She was so great as to let me know how this could affect me in the future, but I told her I just cant… afford that right now. She ended up finding something else she could do to help with the pain for now, so I could keep my tooth and not have any problems in the future. She really helped me, and saved one of my back molars that I will need. Dental

Complete SCAM! $500 teeth cleaning? Pushed for a root canal, and that is the ONLY tooth of the 3 that hasn’t hurt on that side since Tuesday! I’m assuming it’s a result of the cracking sound from the dentist strong arming a wedge between two of my molars and then realizing her mistake too late and putting a smaller one in. The fillings look terrible with burrs along the gum line, but now I get to pay out of pocket to have everything fixed because they’ve completely DRAINED my dental for the year. Completely money driven.

So I started going here and right away was issue after issue. when I got a cavity filled after the guy chipped my tooth with dental tool and said oh it is fine 😠 been in pain since. now completely scared and full of anxiety to go see anyone. also where the heck is the free teeth whitening kit.. been there 4 times and not once had this done..
