Warranty Report

At Casanova Jewellers we take great care in crafting quality jewellery that will be treasured for a lifetime. Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects for as long as you own the jewellery. If one of the small diamonds falls out, it will be replaced free of charge - unless the diamond is lost as a result of excessive wear, it has been hit or broken, or the jewellery has been deformed.

On a whim, we walked into Casanova to discuss the possibilities of designing my wife's engagement ring. We were immediately taken by Patrick's designs, his attention to detail, and service, but we wanted to make sure we were working with the best. I met with at least six other jewelers in Vancouver only to find myself back at Casanova. We are so thrilled with Patrick's work. He was open to our ideas and added his own incredible touch. My engagement ring was a little too small for me and needed resizing. We went in mid morning, and the staff were so friendly and professional. My ring was resized that day, and completed within a couple of hours. They kept me up to date, and let me know that needed more platinum and why, and checked I was happy before proceeding.
Am extremely happy with the results, the ring is perfect. Will definitely return there in the future. Thank you also for being so friendly towards our dog and making such a fuss over him!

Patrick helped me designed a beautiful and unique diamond ring that is stunning! Every time I wear it I am wowed by it:)! He also spend a whole day helping me pick the best diamond in the same grade for the best value and qualify! This is something only specially trained eye can do! Highly recommend!!

Patrick was incredible in providing exactly what we asked for in an engagement ring. He worked hard with us in the design phase and supported us in the selection of just the right diamond (which involved significant work). I appreciate his knowledge, patience, and customer service.
The ring turned out beautiful and his turnaround, once we had made our decisions, was very quick. We will be returning to him for our wedding rings.

We walked into Casanova with a vintage engagement ring that needed to be resized and could not be more pleased with the service we received. Emily was incredibly kind, patient and professional and got the ring done in record time.
