WARNING - DO NOT TRUST THIS DEVELOPER!
We've had a horrible experience with Tridecca. Their craftmanship at Hudson and Singer is shoddy at best. To save money, they hired unlicensed tradesmen and student painters, when prompted to fix-- the guys are clueless and it was worse even after they came to fix it! I would strongly advise anyone to sink they money into any project they do, including the Thomas Haney project in Maple Ridge. The building has been in disarray with the developer leaving unfinished work all over the place, deficiencies ignored and the contacts of the company unresponsive.

Very poor work done by Hudson and singer in Langley . So many issues like windows scratch’s, electrical issues, poor quality of work done by Hudson and singer group . Not happy with your services. Worse part is no one is listening our issues everyone is trying to escape. Charged us a lot for our unit but outcome is zero quality of work is very very poor .

Electrical breaker in my unit has been going off since August. I have called Tridecca so many times and I haven't been able to get any answers. I can't do laundry without the machine going off 10+ times.The heating doesn't work properly, the water in the shower takes a long time to get hot. Poor quality homes.

This developer built the building Hudson and singer in Langley where I got an apartment. I'm extremely disappointed after I moved in. The quality so poor. I've been called developer come to fix all the mess but they came and said they dont have the tools, have to come back.....so been back and forth my faucet hasn't been fix , electric break flips off every 5 mins when I do laundry, . Windows glass low quality because with temperature 14 degrees I feel fizzing to sit on the couch near windows glass. I have to turn the heat close to 23 degrees and I can feel it warmer after an hour.

Haha the only 5 star reviews are of current employees.... This company has the poorest safety standards. In fact they had a terrible accident on site that could have been prevented with appropriate safety . The project manager does not even wear appropriate PPE when on site! Shameful.
