I have a terrible experience with Tony Capolongo. He called and was annoyed already before anything. Pure rude and unprofessional. He was not even able to show me the office I requested and he treats clients like they annoy him more than anything. If I were the owner of the building and trying to rent out the place, this kind of broker is the last kind I would want. And if you are trying to rent a place, never go through this person and maybe the whole company since other reviews also writing the same thing.

Terrible service and terrible attitude from Andrea Fletcher. Tried working with her over the course of 1 month and she only managed to get us 1 viewing, and cancelled the other viewing hours before it being booked for days, (due to her not doing her research on the zoning for the space). I found myself showing her available spaces, because I would not hear from her for long periods of time and she continued to ignore my criteria on the type of spaces I was looking for. The worst part about my experience working with Andrea is every time we spoke, she gave me attitude and degraded me, causing tension

We had Grant Basran as our commercial realtor for purchasing a warehouse in Surrey. Although somewhat new to the industry he was quite knowledgable about the area, building and all whole real estate transaction process, something the seller's agent did not have a clue about (how do you not know the age of the building you're trying to sell, nor know even the strata fees???!). He was very prompt with messages and used easy to understand language.
