This is my experience with this developer and my opinion only.
We lived in their Brentwood Gate low-rise in Burnaby and it was the most shoddy construction we ever experienced - thin and hollow cabinetry, worst off-the-shelf finishings of all developers and the building is terribly framed - laundry use by your neighbour upstairs will shake your whole unit, vice versa, not to mention the paper thin walls / floors.
Even worse, the building did not have any security fob system and your short-fused neighbour downstairs can come up storming up and knock on your door asking you to turn off the laundry

Building for soo many years and is capable of delivering a building where the intercom of the visitors garage is located on the passenger side... :/ - visitors now have to come out of cars to press the intercom ... also they planned a garage spot besides the shading station and when asked to change spots not only refused but said that the city approved... and only after I said that if I ever fell there I would sue them, they agreed to change but charged me an administrative fee at the end ... :(

**STAY AWAY - REALTORS/MORTGAGE PROFESSIONALS ALERT** Of all the developers I have dealt with, this has to be the absolute worst in my experience. If you are a client be very aware Ledmac is unwilling to cooperate to assist when it comes to closing time. Requested a simple letter of confirmation of deposits which competitors such as Concord Pacifica or Bonds group (Tate) would easily issue but after going through the ringer they are unable to comply nor a simple email to acknowledge that a client has paid them money in a form of a letter for an assignment.
