Mis-diagnose once, I would call it an oversight....but when you repeatedly misdiagnosed over a 5 year period, I call this incompetence. A person's life was lost because of Gerald Yeung total incompetence. Despite repeated plea for tests and specialist Referrals, the requests fell on deaf ears. This man should have his license revoked.
