Been trying to call to cancel an appointment and I can never reach the receptionist, the message is always "call back at a later time." I happened to finally reach them on the day of the appointment to cancel. it only took about 10 of those messages 🙄. and they're still charging the $35 last minute cancelation fee although I've been trying to call. I understand why this policy is here for a reason but is it the patient's fault that they couldn't cancel an appointment 24hrs before an appointment if they can't even reach the front desk. When I spoke to the receptionist her reasoning was "you just

I’d rate Zero if there were such choice because the front desk was very rude. This was Thursday my daughter got a fever, headache, feeling throw up. I checked the website first it says WALK-IN and closes at 9:00 pm, and for the last time visit I was told no need to book. Since the most walk-in clinic closes at 6:00pm I chose this one because it’s the closest. When I brought my daughter walk in at 5:15 pm, we were told my daughter couldn’t see the doctor. I was very mad about the situation that it’s too short of time when we had to turn to other clinics. The receptionist kept concluding

They tend to be forgetful, I've been forgotten a few times and waited for over an hour, just to watch a receptionist go "oh! you're still here?". Other times I'm given a wait time of no less than 3 hours. Sometimes I call when I'm home to ask if they're accepting patients, I make the 5 minute walk to the clinic and I'm told that I should try somewhere else. Sometimes it's a breeze and I walk in and out in 20 minutes with a prescription or referral to a specialist. Doesn't seem like the quality of my visits depends on the day or hour.

I've never visited a medical clinic that takes soo long and is this unhelpful. I came in just to get something checked and it's known practice that a walk-in clinic doesn't take appointments but somehow they did.
I waited outside the door at 8:55am with a lot of other patients only to get in at 9:05 after they open at 9:00 and only to be checked in at 9:30. Despite being early, I could not see a doctor until 11-11:30 however I end up waiting another half hour above to 12pm.
I would expect a visit to be quick, in and out however this clinic is the slowest clinic I've ever visited.

I went here 2 years ago the doctor and the reception were great. Caring understanding easy to talk to. Now there's this older lady that works at the front and new doctor. I was talked down to and laughed at by the front desk because I wasn't sure when my last visit was. I felt extremely disrespected and I wouldn't go back because of her. I work in health care as well and I think it is very important for someone that chooses this profession to be caring and understanding and to not make patients feel out of place.

I am so utterly disgusted by this place. I went in today after phoning to make sure their walk in was open. They told me they were accepting patients for walk in until 8PM. I walk in and they told me to take a number and they will call me to register, and to sit down. It took them an entire HOUR to attempt to register me, to tell me that the doctor is behind schedule and to come back 3 hours later. The waiting room was empty!!! I will be telling everyone I know NOT to go here and will be complaining with the health board of Vancouver. Not to mention, the receptionists were incredibly rude, and
