Curious to confirm dentistry was the career path to be taken she volunteered at a dental office in Grade 12 and loved the experience.

Upon graduating high school, she spent two years in undergraduate studies preparing for her Dental Admission Test (DAT), before receiving her dental degree (DDS) from the University of Alberta.
It is normal that payment is due after services are rendered. Our office accepts cash, interact, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and personal cheques. It is your responsibility to know your insurance's coverage and plan maximum and fee guide. As a courtesy to our patients, we do electronic billing to your insurance on your behalf.
Diagnostic x-rays: An examination of radiographs to detect cysts, decay, bone loss, etc. Radiographs also help determine the position of the tooth and root. Oral cancer screening: an examination of the neck, lips, tongue, gums, and other oral tissues for signs of oral cancer. Evaluation of gum disease: Check of the bone and gums around the teeth for any signs of gum (periodontal) disease.
Root canal therapy is necessary to save a tooth when its pulp has been affected by infection or decay. Root canal therapy involves the removal of the affected pulp, nerves, bacteria, and decay, followed by disinfecting and refilling the canal. Undergoing root canal therapy is the best way to save a tooth that would otherwise have to be extracted.

The office is extremely clean and superbly organized. Everyone is so friendly. It's like visiting with good friends. They are always checking on your comfort level and explain everything to you about your options and what they are noticing in regards to your dental health. It's like a well oiled machine! The office manager is very friendly, polite and resourceful.

I have been going to All Smiles Dentistry for many years +++. I have seen both dentists there, Dr. Giovanna Cunsolo and my primary dentist Dr. Steven Barkwell. I get top notch dental service from both dentists. I like that my dentist explains everything to me such as what I can do to keep my gums and teeth healthy and the best and most suitable dental procedure to fix my teeth etc. A good piece of advice my dentist gave me was to get a night guard to protect my teeth while I was sleeping because I didn't know that I was grinding my teeth at night and this was causing me headaches. I have never had a bad experience at All Smiles Dentistry. Dr. Cunsolo and Sheena were very welcoming as always. Dr. Cunsolo explained everything as she worked on my tooth that needed to be fixed. The gals at the front reception were very helpful with the billing and rescheduling. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

This is a great dentistry!! Very friendly staff and helpful. Dr. Joanna Cunsolo is the most gentle and caring dentist I've ever been too. Would highly recommend seeing her if you've have a bad experience with dental work before. I'm always at ease and not worried going to dentist now and actually look forward to my appointments.
