Our goal at The Parks of Bedford West Dentistry is to contribute to a positive future for our patients, and for the world. This is why we've opted to switch as many materials as we can from disposable to recyclable or biodegradable, without compromising infection control or patient satisfaction.

We are also now taking all your oral care waste like empty toothpaste tubes, dental floss containers, used toothbrushes and Electric toothbrush heads and recycling them properly with a recycling company called TerraCycle.TerraCycle is an eco-friendly recycling company that has created a zero-waste solution for all of oral care waste.

We will be offering recyclable and biodegradable options for purchase at our clinic, including biodegradable toothbrushes and floss, and recyclable tongue scrapers. We still offer toothbrushes and floss at regular cleaning appointments and have a recycling bin for patients to return them at their appointments for them to be properly recycled and we will give them new ones.
