Ordered the pineapple mustard pack of 3 only to get it and find out christmas morning 2 of the 3 bottles are expired!! even before the shipping date! isn't this illegal?? how can you sell expired items very dissapointed and have to now worry if the other items I had delivered to family were all ok won't do this again no matter how much my husband loves that mustard just wrong!!! and to get a reply thru the contact us on their site is just stupid!! put a phone number!!!

I bought 10 of their Turkey Summer Sausage @ $10.00 each so $100 worth. When you bite in to it, it has no flavor. I contacted Hickory Farms Canada and told them how dissatisfied I was with the product and got… a form email with no gesture of compensation. But hoping I'll go spend more money there so they can serve me better. Horrible customer service. If you're a fan of the Turkey Summer Sausage don't waste your money. it's not the same as it used to be.
