I have chosen/ ordered/ had delivered 7 gift baskets over the last 13 months and I have to say: the recipients of the baskets LOVED the items as well as the overall presentation and delivery. I had orders sent to North Vancouver, Kamloops, Langley, Surrey, and even Brampton, Ontario: 2 of the 7 were crying so hard they couldn't properly thank me and state what they loved about the gift.
So thank you very much for keeping your baskets both beautiful and professional. I am very pleased and pleasantly surprised to hear that my sister-in-law received her gift sooner than I expected. She texted me right away and told me she had tears of joy. Her family was impressed with the basket presentation as well.

I love Basket Revolution! They absolutely exceeded my expectations on a recent last-minute order. An important birthday accidentally slipped our minds and we were scrambling to find an appropriate gift. We ended up selecting the BC craft beer basket and hoped for next day delivery. To our absolute surprise, it was delivered just a few hours after we placed the order. I will happily choose Basket Revolution for any special occasions!

I organised a beautiful Easter Basket to our son and daughter-in-law in Vancouver from Australia. My mother ordered a Easter basket from Australia and they not only confirmed a time with me, but were there exactly when they said they would. I offered to tip the driver - but she said the joy and happiness they bring is all the tip they need (seriously). What a wonderful company. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks guys!

Basket revolution gifts is the best!!!!! they are so accommodating and flexible. the first time i used them, none of the baskets quite fit what i was looking for and they added things to one of their regular baskets to make it exactly what i wanted. this time i didn't even mention a specific basket, i just told them the kinds of things i wanted in it and they are assembling something special. this is how all businesses should operate------the epitome of excellent customer service!

I had the pleasure of dealing with a beautiful soul, named Carmen. Not only did she ask details about the recipient but also if they had kids. And when I said yes, they made sure to add something extra for the kids. It was the kindest gesture ever. Carmen, the owner of the company, is so helpful! I had a great experience. Carmen went out of her way to make my niece a custom basket for her 16th Birthday! I would highly recommend Basket Revolution if you're looking for a gift for a new baby. The baby girl gift basket was so cute - full of great items for the parents and baby, which is exactly what I was looking for but couldn't find elsewhere. And we were able to customize the basket by adding flowers and other goodies, so it was truly unique.

Carmen and Basket Revolution Gifts made my daughters birthday so special! Our daughter is in her first year at university and it's her 19th birthday.
