We recently sold our apartment at the Anchor Point development in downtown Vancouver and chose Eugen Klein and his team as our realtors. That turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Like the other owners on these Google reviews, I am in 100% agreement. We had a complicated building with 33 individual owners. We could not sell our units individually and the prices were far below our purchase price. Eugen provided excellent advice in guiding us to seek collaboration from all owners (and one difficult last holdout) to sell the building entirely to one investor. With the support of the strata council and other owners, Eugen received a number of offers and we all made a profit. We could not have done this without Eugen's expert advice and experience, professionalism and recommendations

We worked with Eugen to get our group of owners together through a land title assembly and successfully market our building to purchase by a single buyer. There were many ups and downs along the way and the Klein Group kept us informed at every step and managed to keep us moving forward. I am very impressed with their tenacity in seeing this through to the end making this transaction a reality for us.

As a prospective seller of a commercial real estate property, I do not recommend this company to anyone. tried to contact Klein group several times via phone, and left voice message (business phone) and text message (agent cellphone) during regular business hours, did not get a single reply from them, unlike other firms in the industry. this left us a very poor and unprofessional first impression as they do not seem to care about potential clients. imagine if we do hire them to represent us, this is probably how the potential buyers will be treated, unanswered calls and inrepsonsive conducts.
