We had a great experience!!!
Me and my partner are beginner in MTB and Cory help us a lot, she explain to us the difference between some model of MT-bike (price and performance ).
She gave us good advice on which bike to buy with a reasonable price, with possibility of upgrade for the future. She also gave us good tips (website & trail for beginner).
And before we leave the place with our new bikes "Bobcat trail 3 " the team did a full check on the bikes.
Friendly service & Good advice.

Didn't have a great experience. I only went in to see if they could give me a bike box to pack my touring bike for a plane flight. They didn't have a big enough box but persuaded me that they could do the packing for me to "save me having to worry about it". Knowing that they didn't have the right box, I shouldn't have agreed, but the offer of dealing with it was too good to refuse so I went home and brought the bike in--which is a big Surly touring bike with racks, fenders, panniers etc. Then they started complaining how they can only pack a basic bike with minimum

My husband and I both bought new mountain bikes and helmets here. We're new to the sport so dont know much about them. At the time the customer service was ok. Not great but not bad. The guy helping us wasn't too knowledgeable but he had said he's more of a road bike guy. Not a problem.
Included with the purchase is a free tune up after a month or so. In that time before the tune up, we rode our bikes a handful of times. My brakes weren't very responsive and my husbands chain kept falling off.

This isn't so much a review of the shop, but a review of the shop cat, Archie!
I saw him roaming towards Main Street and I thought he was lost, so much to his surprise, I grabbed him from the middle of the street and managed to hold him with one arm and call the number on his tag with the other. I learned he was NOT lost, and was actually only a few blocks away from his home at Bikes For All, and that it's very normal for him to wander around the neighbourhood during the day, but he always makes it home for dinner.
After everything Archie and I had been through I felt bad just leaving him in

I bought a bike from Bikes For All six weeks ago. It had to be assembled so I paid for the bike and went back the next day to pick it up. At that time I had to ask one of the technicians if they would fit the bike to me, which they did, but if I hadn't asked they would have just let me walk out of the shop with it as is. At that time I was… also told the bike came with a wicker basket but they hadn't arrived as yet. From our conversation I deteremined they receive a shipment every 2 weeks so I called after 2 weeks and was told no, they hadn't arrived. I called back 2 weeks later and same

It took 2 weeks to do a basic maintenance on my bike. When I picked it up, there was no trace of maintenance and the bike was very dirty/dusty. They promised to clean it, but they didn’t and just said they were busy so just did a basic checkup. I didn’t tip them and wiped it myself. I’d check other bike shops next time so I am not left without my bike for so long.
Edit/response. Thanks for the response. When I came into the store, I waited 20 mins for a 5 minute evaluation to double check if it needs service. You said it does need service and basic cleaning, but weeks later we found out

Great bike shop with great staff. They always have what I need for supplies. I've always been happy with their repairs as well. They also have used bikes (electric and manual) for sale. Maybe some new too?
Also, although they are a little squeezed they are probably one of the few bike shops that actually has a HUGE interior space which is really nice.

I bought a bike here after many years of not owning one and returning to 'bike novice' status. I had a wonderful experience in the shop. The guys running it are very friendly and welcoming and answered all of my questions. Zero snobby attitude and no upsell. They even included a free tune-up and accessory discount since I was buying a new bike. Very happy with the experience and my new bike!

Went in to buy my first road/gravel bike today, though I have been researching them for about a year now. Was impressed with the knowledge and choices provided from the gentleman helping. Never once did he push anything pricier my way, or try to upsell me on products. He assisted where I needed help, and gave me all the space and time between my questions. He made it extremely comfortable for me to try the bikes out, even when I kept going back to the previous models to find the perfect feel and fit for comparison. He was funny and pleasant to be around as I really enjoy bike chatter. Over-all

There are a lot of bike shops in the area, throw a stone in any direction and you will hit one. I had been on the search for a bike for a while, and been to all the shops in a 12 block radius, and settled on 'Bikes for All'.
Every shop had a bike in the price point that I was looking for - they were all good, but I chose these folks for a number of reasons:
1. They spent time with me to help me understand the pros and cons of each style (road bike vs hybrid)
2. They asked me about my route and terrain
3. They were really nice folks
4. They have a super rad cat that hangs out in the shop

Great repair experience.
This crew was great, they put a new handlebar on our tandem bike when we just drove up as needed help and we were gone in 10 minutes.
I was impressed and went back and they fixed a spoke for another bike and all quick turn around and reasonable prices. I also bought a bike lock from them where they were well informed and grey selection.
I would recommend them for your servicing and upgrades and it seems like they have lots of bikes for sale with reasonable prices.

The folks here are excellent! They are down to earth and were very patient with me, and provided me with great advice. They took out bike after bike for me to test ride, until I finally decided on my dream bike. I was there for over an hour! Although I did not purchase a bike on that day, they did not seem to mind a bit.
I returned a week later to finally make a purchase, and they were again excellent with their service. They mounted all the accessories for me professionally, including fenders, a bike rack and a child seat. I am very happy that I chose this shop!

I was nervous taking my bike here after some of the reviews on yelp. But I was pleasantly surprised. I was having some issues with my back tire and I have a speciality bike which isn't the easiest to work on.
They gave me a quote of $44 for truing and removable of the tire. I really didn't want to leave it there for 3 days so they were able to get it done in 2 hours. They charged me $33 and actually did some extra fixes on the bike. Ie) put my handle grips back on, tighten my kickstand, cleaned the spokes, which all wasn't required.
The only issue I had after was the gears are

I have been thinking about buying an E Bike for about a year. I checked out other places and almost bought one last year, but ended up not going for it.
I was looking on line again and found Bikesforall.ca and they had some E Bikes on sale. I sent an email and Lucas responded quickly and told me about the bike. I then called and although Lucas was not there Zack talked to me about the bike. I stopped in on a cold and rainy night and Zack spent about an hour with me showing the bikes features. The next night i went in and took a friend. We test drove the bike and I bought it.

The negative experience of having my bike stolen has been turned into a positive, having found this place/met the great staff here. My New, (basic commuter) bike is a thousand times nicer, smoother ride than my old one. No pressure sales, tailored to my needs, reasonable prices, fun/friendly service. Definitely recommend this place!

Thank you Bikes For All for your very nice tune-up job. My old vintage bike feels sturdy and steady on the road. And thank you for taking care of my friend Jen, who came for a tuneup and was so excited to get a bike to use until her own bike was ready. She also loves her new helmet. Appreciate the service and that you are close by.

I echo many of the other reviewers' sentiments and heed you to take your business elsewhere. I took a simple mountain bike last year, my basic Groupon tuneup ended up costing me another 40-50 dollars! They insisted that i replace every little component based on their recommendation (rather insistently, I might add) and to which I reluctantly agreed after some bartering. Then after being nickeled and dimed on every small piece of housing, my total cost ended up being more than what I was comfortable paying, but by then I just wanted to get my money and get out. I will echo the comments from a few previous reviewers. Be warned.. they charge for everything! Even if you buy ~$100 of new components and pay for a tune-up, they will charge an additional labour charge. Labour charge can be SUBSTANTIAL, i.e. even more than the price of the tune up.
