I've used them for supplies since 2002. Unfortunately there has been a steady decline in service. Thinking back it has been in decline since around 2008/9. Greatest issuea are their 1 logistics, and 2 transparency in pricing.
1 Despite calling to confirm stock for items, being notified of product unavailability is dissapointing and inconvenient to patients/clients.
2 They have not had a catalog with pubished pricing since 2010; company cites supply chain costs the issue - that problem should not be downloaded to customers.
