Quay North Urban Development was selected by the City of North Vancouver to develop The Shipyards site in the City's central waterfront area in Lower Lonsdale. Hudson Bay Mountain in Smithers, BC has been providing a big mountain experience with small town charm since opening in 1969. In the winter enjoy incredible champagne powder snow, family-friendly hospitality, and a mix of terrain to please skiers and snowboarders of any ability. Absolutely fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble and with Quay its like dealing with 'friends' rather than the old school robotic 'you're just a client' estate agent.
Its clear they see that they are helping you move into your home and do all they can to make a potentially stressful situation be as pleasant and smooth as possible.
The after care is as good as the moving in, all the contractor are great and things get fixed efficiently and with a smile.
Highly recommended :)

This is the first time we have used Quay Property to find us a tenant. They were recommended to us by another landlord. The letting agent "H" was fantastic! even with the hassles with covid. He was professional from the start, listened to us, answered our queries quickly and found our lovely new tenants within a week. The first rent payment was paid very promptly. Would definitely use them again.

The worst agency I have ever dealt with. Moved out of the property 4 weeks ago and have still not received deposit back despite the landlord instructing them to release. Tenancy was full of problems caused entirely by the agency culminating in an eviction notice being issued despite the landlord having no idea and the contract had been renewed 3 days previously. Spoke on the phone with them about staying and speaking to third person on tenancy but they did not retract the notice or acknowledge in writing that it was invalid. Then tried to charge us £400 to change the contract when somebody had

We have recently moved into a rented property through Quay Property Estate Agents. The entire process from start to finish has been the smoothest process we have ever been through. From arranging viewings, to the actual viewing itself which was very informative and carried out on a patient manner. The process of actually accepting the offer, getting the forms filled and approved was very easy and all through a simple online system. Have had many issues getting a hold of the agents at Quay. Amy is especially difficult to deal with due to constant availability issues. I was even asked to remove this review, despite nothing I've written to be false.
During my tenancy, we had a broken window that never got fixed while and are still waiting for our move out to be completed 3 months after returning the keys to the property and 2 months after the property has been fully cleared. Would not recommend renting through them.
