I have to say that Aisa Realty has to be the worst property management company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Polina had to be the most unprofessional agent I have ever dealt with. Her follow up was some of the worst I have ever seen and she made it seem like me and my partner did not belong looking at this listing. The entire time I was trying to rent a unit from Polina, she was impossible to reach, unfriendly and truly unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone use her to rent their property unless they want their perspective tenants to have an extremely unpleasant experience.

I had the privilege of working with Edward Wu in AISA and i cant thank him enough for his amazing service and support. Very professional, friendly and caring. He went above and beyond to help me with a unit i was looking at. I also had a chance to work with another fellow from this office 2 years ago and same level of service. Aaron Chan and his partner Rachel Pai run a first class, bespoke operation. No client request is too great for them to manage. Their inventory of properties in Vancouver is ultra high end. It has been a pleasure working with the Aisa staff. I wish all realty companies were as professional and sensitive to client needs.
