1. RE the so called 'reviews' - all 4 of them - seemed to have been written by Chard staff. RE the one review they didn't like, they chose to cast the blame on him. Makes me feel cautious about this bunch.
2. I put in one call about one properties- some young guy couldn't seem to give me straight answer to my short and simple question about the building. Didn't sound professional or skilled, so not much point in further conversation.
