Truly amazing! Throughout my many dental appointments, I have felt so welcomed from the front desk staff, they are awesome specially Azita. Dr Hessein Sarafan kept me informed about everything throughout my entire process of extensive dental work that it put me at such ease, that I don’t mind going to the dentist!

My girlfriend booked an appointment for me during my lunch time and I got a call 2 hours earlier than scheduled and I was in a meeting with my boss so I couldnt pick up and then later on they said someone will call me back but no one ever called me back and I wasted 1.5 hrs waiting for Dr. Mahshid Gharedaghi, its very unfortunate as she is a fantastic doctor and person but very unreliable scheduling and impossible to meet her as theres a 1 month wait time.

I booked a phone appointment during my lunch hour (for 1 PM) and then when the time came for my appointment there was an estimate 90-180 minute waiting time. Dr. Mohajerani eventually called me at 3:42 PM and by then I was in a meeting and couldn't pick up.
I called them back and the receptionist was not at all sorry and blamed me for not picking up her call. She asked me why I wasn't by my phone and said she'll leave a note by my name but she's not sure if the doctor will have time to call me back.

I’m super happy with all of them. The team is great; Clinic is organized, clean with a great atmosphere. Receptionists are super positive and supportive. They are in good hands of handling difficult situations. Scheduling and prioritizing patients according to their case and urgency is remarkable. The physicians are not just knowledgeable; they are honest, trustworthy, and patient. The degree of their empathy with patients and their commitments to the profession is impressive and unique. Highly recommend them:)

Dr Gharedaghi is fantastic.. I commute from Coquitlam to North Van as I haven't ever had a better experience with a physician. She is fantastic and so friendly.
Her staff are not all great. Some are really judgy and distant and not the most professional but others are really great.

Dr gharedaghi is the most friendliest and loving person however she is really careless on her job,it’s been one year since I asked her to send a new referral to my specialist and every time i ask her she said she will, but she never actually does it. Moreover, if your blood work comes back and there is problem, she never calls you for a follow up and actually never keeps track of things unless you make an appointment and go to see her and that’s the time she open your file and realizes oh there is a matter that should be taken care of. As a matter of fact she is only a loving and nice person
