The Clinic is open Monday-Friday from 9am-9pm, please call for our weekend hours. We are happy to see new patients by walk-in or appointment and do provide extra services ie: Infant immunizations, sutures, liquid nitrogen, drivers medical exams, etc. Fracture clinic, casting and sports medicine consults also available at this location.

Another bad one because of Dr Bahari I also went through reviews about her and completely agree with other people, she’s aggressive, rude and not interested in helping. She was 40 minutes late to the appointment didn’t even look at my case calling it not urgent, this clinic has much better doctors and too bad this one makes them look really bad.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Bahri today. I just went through other reviews now and realized many had the same experience as me!!! I wish I knew what disrespectful and awful treatment I will get from her. I had a pap test, they came with residents to the room (without notifying me in advance that this test will be done by their residents). Their resident tried a few times to do it and couldn't, then Dr. Bahri started (treated me as if I am not a human being)!!! they weren't able to do a simple pap test that I've done before in 5 min! I am bleeding!! and I was told to see another Dr. They

And i have to share my happiness that finally somebody take time to seriously understand my heath issues.With dr.Bahri its not just giving pills its research and finding the main problem.Dr.Bahri looked into whole problem where no one did before and i am so pleased.She helped me to believe that real Doctor exist.

I can tell just the Best about dr.Bahri Toutkam
For so long I was looking for Familly dr.and I am so happy to be accepted.it not easy in Vancouver to have dr who will find time to hear and help you .Lately no one have time and I was lucky to get.Dr Bahri .she found my issues with ease and help me with perfect choice of medication.she would explain everything patiently and I thank her for that .I finally have dr. That I can lean on thank you dr Bahri

I've had good experiences in the past with this clinic, but today I have called regarding a referral for ADHD diagnosis (supported by therapist) and didn't feel listened to, was cut off while describing my symptoms.It felt rushed, and like assumptions were made before I could explain. Not a good feeling. Not pleased.

It's been an on going issue since the day one i started dealing with this clinic
Every single time i call,i have to wait at least 10-15-20 min on the phone!
The staff act like i own them something "they are fare away from being rood"!!!
They keep saying that over loaded with work...I
I would like to know why they can't hire more people to deal with the load of work they have???
I have approached the management and they don't give a damn about it,because their time is more important than mine!!!!

THE 19TH ST WHICH IS UNDER THE SAME MANAGEMENT IS NOT MUCH BETTER.....

I am a patient of Dr. Clement's. She gets a five star, as do her staff. I always have an appointment to see her, so I haven't had issues with wait times as others have reported. I think the current system of our health care system is the problem, as Dr's are overworked because there aren't enough physicians.
There are very few Dr's, taking patients, so I believe Dr's with a full patient load are forced to fit in extra patients. Anyhow, as for Dr. Clement she is compassionate, genuine, and relatable. I can't comment on other physicians in this office, as I only see her. Highly recommend Dr. Clement
