It is always such a pleasure to deal with 20/20 Property Management. The buildings they manage are some of the best managed in the city. They always respond quickly and efficiently and seem happy to pick up the phone and talk whenever needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Property Manager for their Condominium complex.

My partner and I have been living in a property managed by 20/20 property management owner "Denis Demers" for 10 months, (yes the same Denis that left himself a 5 star review on this page). My partner the entire time and myself 6 months. Denis is completely incapable of doing his job, not only is he a bully, but he's completely lazy. The property he managed that we lived in was in Orleans, his business in Kanata. His laziness included not wanting to drive to the property to deal with emergencies, such as the furnace dying in December where he left us without heat for 2 weeks, or going for 2 months

I went 4 days with water coming into my unit. The management company was trying to cut cost and got no one in. The manager was away on vacation and no one wanted to deal with the problem until he was back a week later. The water took over half of my living room and was not able to do anything about it.
Think about buying a place with this management in charge! Stay away from these folks if you can.

Couldn't give 0 stars. Avoid like a plague. Unreliable, unavailable, uncaring property manager. I can't begin to count instances, from unsafe walkways (that require 1 light to fix) to repeatedly "fixed" roofs that leak again every 6 months. We're seeking alternate legal options. Save yourself the headache, stress and money.

I wish I can give them a zero rating like everyone else. The property manager Denis is by far the worst and most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my life! He never gets anything done, never responds to a single e-mail no matter how simple the question may be . I put a request to have my elevator serviced a month in advance, then a week in advance, a day in advance and the morning of, and quess what? My elevator was never serviced and had to pay my movers for the extra time it took them to move my house because a simple request could not be executed. Similarly, I placed an order for
