I have lived in this building for 13 years now and I thought that the previous company that managed the buildings were bad .
But was I wrong , we have 2 staff that work both buildings and if you are wanting something fixed it will take you 4 e-mails 3 phonecalls and asking the onsite staff. I waited for 8 days until I had a light fixture put in my kitchen .
When you are told something regarding your issue .don't believe what you are told it is all bull____.
I would.never recommend this company to anyone looking for a new place .They will tell what you want to hear to get you to sign the lease

Over the last year since CLV terminated the live in building support the level of service in our building has gone down significantly. Here we are a full day gone and we cannot access our parking because the plows have not come. I see the building around are us are completely plowed and we are still waiting. I cant believe that the management at this company has the gall to face the tenants here with the absolutely terrible service this building gets for the rent paid.

CLV at Lakeshore Gardens. Maintenance staff helpful and professional. Very nice even helped me carry my groceries up the stairs. The site is clean and beautifully maintained. Recent outside makeover is outstanding. Highly recommend renting from CLV. Any issues are responded to in a timely manner and dealt with immediately.

Lack of communication, landlord enters your unit and leaves door unlocked on multiple occasions. Definitely don't care about tenants rights....living here for 6years now and amazed how poor the property is manager. Definitely lipstick on a pig. And I'm a good tenant never missed rent and even performs own maintenance.....soooo think about it.

With the new building administration there are always concerns how is it going to affect my life? After challenging times we have experienced, I have to admit, this was a fantastic change. CLV group not only made my building look so much more welcoming. I got the feeling that I am a part of community. Going through the lockdown, loved the on-line exercise classes arranged by CLV group. Grateful for simplification of the rent payment. And absolutely worth mentioning the expediency of repairs once request is submitted. Overall, I am a very happy tenant :)

I gave 1star for the apartment but I would give 5 stars for the staffs especially Joe the maintenance manager and Sang. They were very helpful and cooperative while my stay at Zephyr Avenue. They went out of the miles to help me with the problem at the apartment but the management did not care. Jennifer from the management was also very helpful.

Our experience moving in to the apartment was hassle free. Our move-in coordinator Anna, helped us in completing all the pre-move in formalities online. Since we were new to Canada, we didn’t have credit history, pay stubs etc, which most of the people renting asked for. But with help from Anna, we were able to easily sort out the formalities and move in on our desired date. Thanks to Anna!

I have been a tenant in this building 2304 Weston Road for over 5 years now and It's quite incredible. It's extremely clean and the stuff are incredibly friendly. I would highly recommended it to anyone specially those who are close to me, everything inside the apartment are modern, and new. The maintenance work they do and the way they maintain the hallways the stairs plus the elevators is just immaculate, just neat and spotless.

I lived 15 months with my family in your building, 961 Wonderland Rd South, London, Ontario. I would like to appreciate the excellent and out of box services of Paul of Maintenance and Batnee of Leasing. These two people are really asset of CLV. I always found them willing to help. Very rarely i found them in a bad mood, always smiling. CLV should be proud of these two people.
