I’ve been with Sleepwell Property Management Company for a while and I see so much potential with there business.
I can say they really do mean well and the cleaning staff do a phenomenal job even during COVID times and possible low staff. They do anything and everything they can in there power to keep you satisfied!
The Monday passed there was terrible snow storm and a lot of the snow plows weren’t actually able to come clear out the snow in the morning. It was inspiring to see that; even tho the City of Ottawa wasn’t able to get to my house with the plows Sleepwell came and shovelled

I've dealt with a lot of property management companies in my life and I can't thank Sleepwell Management enough for their amazing customer service.. Every time I've ever had a questions or issue regarding my unit, they've always answered me the same day and fixed the issue extremely fast. Would highly recommend their units!!

Sleepwell Property Management has been very responsive and empathetic when it has come to communicating with the employees. As a student it has have been nice to be able to know that the management team is fair and considerate. A big bonus that I thought was nice especially since I moved from out of town is that they provided student discount cards to various businesses in the town. It makes easier for someone to get better acquainted with the town and is a cool way to support the local businesses!

Last Sunday morning the furnace in my apartment building failed centrally due to a broken part. Despite the fact that this occurred outside of business hours, Sleepwell's communication and response were immediate and ongoing throughout the day. The part was ordered right away and each unit was given a space heater. The technician who dispersed them had amazing customer service. He really took the time answer all of my questions. The part was obtained promptly and installed as soon as it was received, even though it was after business hours. I was so impressed by the incredible customer service

Two rent increases without any notice. (Even if they were permitted, there must be 90 days notice)
More importantly, I recently travelled to the US and am quarantining while awaiting covid test results. I told the property manager not to send a maintenance person to our unit until after the results of the Covid test came back. The property manager agreed in writing by email but then two days later sent a maintenance person to the unit anyways. A guest of my roommate (who is staying here for an extended period of time) let the worker in while I was in my room unaware. The maintenance worker said

I am an owner of a property and just like some of the reviews below had mentioned, I have been having difficulties connecting with the team. I was with Sleepwell Property Management past 2.5 years and at the very beginning, the team was very responsive and I was very grateful for their service as I was dealing with a difficult situation with my tenant at a very difficult time.
However, as time went by, every time there were problems and I had questions, I had to send numerous follow up emails to get a response from the team. As an example, I had sent an email at the beginning of October last year

As moving for the first time, the whole experience was fantastic! Sydney has been great throughout the whole process. She and the staff have been responsive, professional and friendly. They respond to service requests very quickly which is greatly appreciated. They will answer to any questions you have with no judgement. Recommended to young couples and students that are looking to rent through Sleepwell Property Management.

Sleepwell manages a single family dwelling for me. Since they took over, they were able to market to and sign a quality tenant while significantly increasing my monthly take home from the property.
