This charming home was ideal for our family of four in every way. Our tall teenager appreciated the option of having the twin bed guest room converted to a king bed. We had access to all of the amenities we required, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Every step of the way was professionally managed. This house is in the ideal location for our needs and the places we planned to visit each day.

I had an issue with the heating, or lack their of, within my rental unit soon after gaining access. Upon contacting the maintenance team, I had someone at my door the same day!!! The technican, Mark, was a true pro and he tirelessly kept poking around until he found the source of the problem. He then made some adjustments etc., and beautiful heat… was flowing again. During his 2 plus hours at my place, he kept me informed and provided solutions if it should happen again. His customer service was outstanding and I am confidant that any/all issues I may encounter will end with me being satisfied

Quick and professional work by Joe and his team. Was skeptical about the lease I was signing, went through a lawyer, paid the extra $$$, yet was informed nothing in particular I should be worried about. Double-checked any concerns I had and Joe was able to answer them in great detail.
Joe follows up by checking on us from time to time to make sure we're still happy with the property. Whenever we need something and ask for help, Joe is the first one to respond and lend us his expertise.
