Services
All prospective tenants must see the apartment in person before applying to the unit. To do so, please check our Apartments for Rent page for the contact number of the specific building you would like to visit. Please note, we will require the security deposit of last month's rent in order to secure the apartment.
We accept post-dated cheques for rent payments. This can be dropped off at your Superintendent's office, mail slot at your building or at our head office. Please ensure it is payable to your building name and your unit number is indicated on each cheque. All cheques must be dated on the 1st of each month and signed.
We understand that your pets are part of your family and we are proud to offer pet-friendly apartments across Ottawa. The hallways, front entrance and back parking lot is a shared space by all of our residents and we therefore require that all residents clean up after their pets. Please dispose of doggy bag in a trash can for waste disposal.

It's unfortunate that the previous reviewer will be deprived of serving a 5 star dinner in the parking garage.
For the rest of us in the real world: the building is in excellent shape and well maintained for it's age. Recent upgrades include new balconies, railings, and a new AC chilling unit. Management is friendly and responsive. The elevators have had issues in the past; but within the last year have become a lot more reliable. Units are clean, well maintained, open and priced right for the area.
