"Property management" is a bit of a joke from this company. Todd Gow's management style is to simply ignore maintenance issues until the tenants give up requesting repairs or move out. Todd routinely ignores emails and communications. Excuses, delays, and lies are par for the course. We have now had standing water in our property for 5 months from a leak in a pipe, with mold damage, over a repair that would have been $500 if dealt with immediately. This is only one of multiple issues we've dealt with over the last few years. Very upset tenants.
