Haneef Virani was GREAT to work with! He showed a genuine interest and excitement about listing our house and came well prepared. We were very fortunate to be introduced to Karim by a friend for whom he had recently found a lovely condo in Coal Harbour. At the time, we knew that we wanted to stop paying rent and invest in our residence, but we really didn't have any idea what or where would fit our needs. Virani Real Estate has been by far the best brokerage I've worked with in ALL of Vancouver.
Previous to working with Virani, I was working with another local realtor and I felt that I was "pushed aside" and not prioritized. I decided to switch over to Virani as a few of my colleagues highly recommended them and never looked back. Upon first meeting with Karim & Haneef, I immediately felt much more confident in their capabilities. Both are extremely professional, understanding and knowledgeable in the Vancouver and North Shore scene.

There are a few good people at Virani Real Estate, but, given the option, I would deal with a different company.
I just moved out of my old condo. My landlord (a good guy himself), used Virani to sell it. I couldn't be happier for him.
Let me tell you about Virani.
Virani's personnel would frequently contact me with less than 24 hours notice requesting access to my condo. Being a good guy, despite the fact that this was less notice than dictated in a standard rental agreement, and in my contract with my landlord, I would say "sure!" I wanted things to go well with selling
