Since 2001, Evolution Studios has brought Langley Pilates classes that challenge your body and your mind. We offer a complete range of Pilates programs that includes both mat and equipment based classes in small group and personal training settings.

Our classes are small and taught by Pilates instructors who love what they do and are dedicated to seeing you progress and improve.

Our progressive programs start you off with the basics and increase in intensity each week so you are constantly challenged and motivated. I've been going here for a few months now. Janet is a great Pilates instructor. She is always mixing things up - no class is ever the same. The prices and packages are extremely reasonable. I really enjoy my reformer classes and would recommend for anyone looking to do Pilates.

Professional knowledgeable staff. I appreciate that they are not trying to jam packages (here buy unlimited yoga for 6 years....) down my throat. I have done yoga and reformer/matt Pilates here. Super environment, reasonable class size (not crammed into room like sardines) I prefer the infrared yoga to bikram yoga any day!!! My only complaint would be that there is no proper change room with shower.
