Services
Place can be transformative, especially when it exists in service of something larger than the self. Atlas Yoga Studio is a little more than the typical yoga studio. We offer amazing classes for all skill levels, but our goal is deeper than that.
We've built a transformative space of retreat, refuge, and incubation where we encourage, empower and equip yogis of all levels to tap into their latent capabilities, and stoke the fires of their deepest sense of purpose, both on the microcosmic and macrocosmic scales. Our driving force is to serve others, as they grow to serve the world.

The Atlas Yoga School of Contemplative Education is informed by a philosophy of higher education that infuses learning with the experience of awareness, insight and compassion for oneself and others through erudite academic practices and the contemplative disciplines of yoga, meditation, mindfulness and the fine arts.
Yoga Teacher Training with Denise Davis-Gains is an adventure of a life-time. We offer a deep dive into understanding the body through the study of anatomy, physiology, applied kinesiology and ergonomics. We integrate this knowledge with practice, and an exploration of the metaphysical aspects of yoga.
Most likely, if you are here, you already know that you are at heart a shaman, a healer, a facilitator of easing the pains of birth, the fear of death and all of the waves of life in between. The field of yoga therapy is emerging out of traditional ways of knowing combined with a scientific understanding of the body, an intuitive insight into what is and a refined interest in solving puzzles.

I have been to quite a few yoga classes here. The staff are there a minimum of 15 minutes before your class so that you are able to use their change rooms or washrooms, and set up your mat or one of theirs before the start of class. They have a ton of books that you are welcome to read while at the studio. The space is fairly large, with one giant window that lets in lots of beautiful, natural light.
The staff answered all my questions and even modified certain poses specifically for my back pains.
I would definitely recommend taking a class here, or getting a Thai yoga massage. Both were amazing

Do NOT waste your time here. I was forced to wait outside of this studio TWO times for a 90min thai massage and their doors were locked both times and the masseuse was a no-show both times. I never received the treatment and I didnt receive an explanation or apology not even a courtesy phone call or email. The owner has clearly hired immature and irresponsible people so they can be paid less and the owner can make more money to which we are expected to waste hours of your precious time and is absolutely ridiculous. If you're looking for a yoga studio try Moksha - its more professional. If
