Our approach to movement is intentional and mindful, based on the Fletcher Pilates method and the Fascial Fitness concept. All you need is a laptop, iPad/tablet or phone and sufficient space to move in your home or office. Ready to get started? Book a customized private Pilates Solo session utilizing the Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ped-I-Pul, Ladder Barrel, Cadillac and more.

These 8 students max classes require a Mat, foam roller, tea towel or Fletcher Towel, a device which you'll use to attend the class (laptop computer, iPad/tablet or phone) and sufficient space to move in your home or office. Thai massage is an ancient and dynamic bodywork therapy which consists of interactive flowing movements, stretches, and rhythmic massage along all the body's energy lines and pressure points.

Our private Pilates lessons will engage your mind while increasing your flexibility, strength, coordination and muscular balance. We teach Pilates "Movement Approach & Process" and Fletcher Pilates. Ron Fletcher was a a Martha Graham dancer, author and a first generation teacher who studied directly with Joseph and Clara Pilates for a period of 20 years.
These Pilates Group Classes use a variety of Pilates equipment such as the Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ped-I-Pul, Wall Tower, Spine Corrector, Foam Roller, Balance Disk, Magic Circle, Duet Roller Accessory, weighted bar, dowel or a Barre. We keep these Trio Group Classes limited to 3 participants per class with each class increasing in skill level from beginner to intermediate to advanced.
Articulate Bodies is a movement, Pilates and bodywork studio dedicated to creating a positive, calm and joyful space. We provide a safe and challenging environment where one can expect personalized attention to their wellness goals. We are a team that is passionate about educating and connecting our clientele to their body-mind unity through movement.
A special one time offer for those NEW to the studio so you are able to experience our classes. May be used to take any of our Online Matwork classes. These classes can include mat, rollers, Fletcher Towel, barre or a pair of 2 lbs hand weights. The Pilates Prelude will introduce you some of the Pilates fundamentals, the Percussive Breath technique and to learn how to properly and safely use the Pilates machines.
I'm delighted to share my passion of movement to facilitate a meaningful change to enhance mobility, alignment, posture, strength and overall body balance.

Through a movement practice and manual bodywork process, I integrate Fletcher Pilates, Fascial Fitness Training, Neuro-Movement, Active Fascial Release, Thai Massage, MSTR(McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release technique) and Anatomy in Motion with gait analysis in my treatment and conditioning sessions.
