All sessions on the Pilates equipment are private. Each client receives training specific for their requirements; whether for personal fitness or post-rehabilitation. With emphasis on abdominal and spinal muscles, the Pilates training technique results in improved flexibility, muscle tone and mind-body coordination.

I have now been a client for over a year and it's the best thing I ever did for my body and soul. I have a rare bone disease that limits what I can do and for the first time in 12 years I have strength on both sides of my body and feel physically well.
The studio owner and instructor is not only knowledgable about the body and how it works (through many years of experience in multiple disciplines to do with health and well being), she is a breath of fresh air and I always leave feeling fantastic.
