Everyone I talked to was super friendly. I went in to get my wisdom teeth looked at and got told they were infected and got a prescription for medicine until they calmed down. The dentist was super patient and explained everything he was doing when I was getting them taken out. Everyone at the front desk is so nice and helpful. My favourite dental clinic in Edmonton.

I Went here for years and all my family has as well, everytime I been here I always paid the difference what my native insurance does not cover. Rude arrogant customer service! Months and months later I get a phone call leaving a voice message saying I owe them money and its going to go to collections? Terrible experience talking to reception regarding this situation. When I last visited them for the last time, I was told I am covered by insurance by a certain amount and I always cleared what I owe. But this experience made me not want to continue giving this place my recommendation or continued

I have been a patient for 3 years and this is the second time a request for approval from my insurance company has not been sent. This last one for crowns should have been sent 5 months ago and I have been waiting to hear because apparently this work is time sensitive. I spoke to Office Manager Donna and was told "with 12,000 patients this happens all the time". Obviously with that many patients I won't be missed. Really sad because I liked the dentist and hygienist.

I have had lots of work done over the past year and a bit (specifically a gum graft) with Dr. Tran and Pam. They have done an excellent job and are always very friendly and considerate of my comfort during the procedures. Reception is welcoming, accommodating, and on top of cleaning and COVID-19 procedures. I feel that I am in good hands there. I left my last dental clinic because my last hygienist was terribly rough during cleanings but now with Jamie at Bonnie Doon Dental Associates, I can relax as she is gentle yet thorough. I’m so glad I found this place!

I have a massive fear of dentists...from when I was younger, my dentist was known as the butcher and she was precisely that! I hadn’t been to a dentist for years (too many to count on both hands) but I knew I needed some dental work. I went to Bonnie Doon Dental Associates full of nerves, however, from the moment I opened the door to enter, I was… greeted by the wonderful ladies on the front desk with a huge smile and welcome, they were so lovely that my nerves started to ease immediately. Once in the dentist chair, I was made to feel relaxed, I was spoken to as an adult, not spoken

Although my initial experiences here were positive, they really blew it today. A couple of months ago, my dentist had moved to a different office, but no one at this office had the courtesy to tell me that -- not on the phone, and not even when I arrived this morning. I found this unprofessional and a far cry from patient-centred care. I should… have left the office at this point, but I saw the new dentist. When I told the new dentist I was surprised by his treatment recommendations, and was going to seek a second opinion, he said he was OK with that -- as if I needed his permission!? So

I have a great deal of anxiety around seeing the dentist, like many people. The reception was kind and friendly, the dental assistants were very informed ( and had wonderful sense of humour), in addition both dentists i saw were exceptional. They took the time to be gentle and ask for constant feed back, checking in with me about pain and discomfort. I will be back!

Been going here for 30+ years, my father since it opened. Not the same clinic it once was. Front end staff are incredibly rude to deal with. Very unorganized and weren’t able to keep details straight. Information I was given over the phone was contrary to what the dr had given me. If I hadn’t called back to speak directly with the dr, I would never… had know the length of my treatment plan was over a year incorrect. Furthermore they cancel appointments on you. With little ones at home and a busy schedule, I don’t have the patience or time for canceled appointment 30 mins
