After suffering a motor vehicle accident related injury, Rina sought Pilates to help strengthen her body. She quickly realized that different teachers teach different methods. This is when Rina started doing research on the history of Pilates and discovered Joseph H Pilates original method of Contrology, the art and science of control.

Rina and her studio are amazing! The studio is fully loaded with Gratz apparatus!! Rina is exceptionally well trained and so generous with her knowledge. I've trained with Rina for just over a year, and the changes to my body are incredible - both in weight loss and strength! I used to travel by GO Bus from Toronto to see her! She will guide you through an awesome workout, both in-person and virtually! No matter your age or body size, Rina will welcome you with open arms. I'm truly fortunate to have found her and her studio.
