Virtual Personal Training is one of the most popular ways to get fit nowadays because it's convenient and you don't need to visit Chris or even live on the same continent as him. It's a great way to get advice from Chris in a convenient way that won't disrupt your way of living. Workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home or anywhere else in the world with an internet connection, BUT they will be done with proper guidance.
It's a fairly new concept, but works amazingly well! Basically it's the exact same thing as In-Person Training except it's done online over Zoom, Facebook Messenger, or Skype (whatever your preference is).

Chris Wong is one of the hardest working trainers out there. Very professional and reliable, and he really cares about his clients. He is always coming up with new and fun fitness formats and always has something "value added" to offer. Very serious about his clients' results, but a lot of fun at the same time. Highly recommend this trainer! And what's this about a book?
