Phil is a great trainer and was quick to identify my weak areas and to help me focus on them. He even provided me with an easy meal plan guide after just a week of work with him. In one month of training I was able to see results pretty quickly. He checks on your progress frequently and gives you feedback routinely too!

I have been working with Phil for a few weeks now and Phil has a great attention to detail (he is never on his cellphone, which is something I have encounter often with other trainers) he is always correcting my form and assisting me when needed. Phil's experience allows him to change up workouts and exercises depending on my energy level and mood on a particular day all without making me feel conscious about it! Best of all, Phil has a clear understanding of what types of exercises my body needs and does not generalize his workouts. I truly value his process and methodologies.

Phil is an amazing instructor who strives to reach one’s greatest potential. He aims to make sure you’re trying as hard as you can with participation in fast cardio exercises which gives you no time to slow down. Phil is an outstanding personal trainer. He will gear the exercise training regimen and provide dietary advice to achieve your goals. I worked out with him three times a week and the gains were very noticeable. He will push you hard yet still emphasizing safety.The other advantage in my mind is the gym where he works. You are not consistently fighting over equipment as you would at larger gyms. Best trainer ever.
